Abstract: This paper takes the SRV friction and wear tester, conducts the research on the abrasive principle of the tribomate pairs (Mo-alloy sprayed piston ring/P-B cylinder bore) under the condition that there lies a certain amount of quartz sand in the lubricant and find that the surface structure, chemical component of tribomate materials can have a huge influence on its capability of resisting abrasion.

Abstract: Pyrolysis is one of the important methods to dispose waste rubber. This paper analyses the present pyrolysis methods and pyrolysis of the waste rubber, points out that the microwave pyrolysis as a new method, can cut down pyrolysis temperature, control the composition of products effectively and improve the pyrolysis quality. Microwave pyrolysis equipment can not only save the energy but also protect the environment. It will be found wide application in the future.

Abstract: The yield strength of liner material affecting the performance of CNG-II composite cylinder was studied by finite element method (FEM) analysis. The yield strength of liner material 30CrMo was changed from 730MPa to 850MPa with seven strength. The tensile strength of liner material, structural parameters of CNG-II composite cylinder and winding parameters were fixed as the yield strength of liner material changing. The auto-frettage effects of CNG-II composite cylinder became worse and the fatigue life of CNG-II composite cylinder lowered with the increasing of liner yield strength. The yield strength of liner should be lowered to some extent for improving the performance of CNG-II composite cylinder in the production of CNG-II composite cylinder.

Abstract: Firefighter uniform made of various flame retardant materials is put as the object. Analyzing the thermal protective performance of different composite structures covering outer fabrics, lagging materials and comfortable layer materials, discuss the best combination of supporting structures. Adoption flash fire simulation, verify the integrated prevention ability of firefighter uniform. The matching of different levels has a significant impact on the thermal protective performance, first the outer layer, then comfortable layer and thermal protective coating. Although inherent fire resistant fiber for the main material of the outer fabric has better durability and thermal protective performance, the fire might experience obvious contraction which leads to embrittlements. For insulation flocculus, the ratio of aramid fiber 1313 and aramid fiber 1414 at 9:1 has excellent thermal insulation. For comfortable layer, inherent fire resistant fiber has no notable effect on the clothing’s overall thermal protection performance; the polysulfonamide fiber is a relative better choice.

Abstract: In this paper, the fatigue performance of X65 marine pipeline is domestically studied by means of full-scale fatigue tests (four-point bending + inner pressure), in which all the influencing factors, such as welding residual stress, stress concentration, initial defects, internal pressure shutdown and pressure fluctuation are taken into consideration comprehensively. Consequently, the fatigue cycles under different stress amplitude can be derived and applied to predicting the full-scale fatigue life of pipes quantitatively. Additionally, the test results are compared with the recommended data of international general standards, such as BS 7608 and DNV C203, by which the fatigue safety of pipes could be evaluated. Therefore, this study is not only beneficial to the accumulation of full-scale fatigue data of pipes, but also can provide quantitative basis for evaluating the fatigue life and ensuring the safety operation cycles of pipes.

Abstract: Based on establishment of the mathematical model about the carbon black dense phase pneumatic conveying, using computational fluid dynamics ( referred to as CFD) methods, this paper stimulated the carbon black flow state inside the bent pipe. Through simulation and analysis, the carbon black particles' flow condition along the bent pipe, the carbon black particles' distribution variation at the bent pipe cross-section, the bent pipe part where worn most easily, the fluid pressure cloud and the optimum R/D have been gotten. All these provide basis for the research and design of carbon black dense phase pneumatic conveying system.

Abstract: The combined blowing process of metallurgical multiphase reactor was simulated by water modeling. The effects of operation conditions on dispersed phase size distribution were studied and an empirical formula was obtained. Based on the law of additive codimensions, the interface areas under different operation conditions were calculated by means of box counting and projection relationship. The results show that the frequency of dispersed phase with certain granularity level are in a certain proportion to its size level, and the dispersed phase areas are influenced by the top and bottom combined blowing.

However at present, the following situations have occurred in Chinese logistical packaging industry: (1) excessive packaging and repeated packaging; (2) the environmental pollution caused by the packing material; (3) the low cyclic utilization rate of the packaging.
