Abstract: In order to put the new test bus standard LXI for promotion and application, the device driver and webpage control is researched. In the ARM hardware platform, embedded Linux development environment was built. Besides, took A/D acquisition as an example, the A/D acquisition of the device driver was developed. Moreover, embedded Web server was transplanted, and CGI program and Java Applet program was designed. Finally, the voltage acquisition and verification was processed by Web browser remote access. The test results show that, the system can implement voltage acquisition correctly, achieve operation of the client webpage to the server instrument.

Abstract: In this paper, we analyze a singe-degree-of freedom stochastic dynamical system with two time delays. Applying Hale’s reduction approach and stochastic center manifold, the direction of the Hopf bifurcations and the stability of the bifurcating periodic solutions are determined.

Abstract: As intelligent logistics operation complexity it need to described from multi angle and levels, by using of multi-view modeling approach, it can avoid information loss problem caused by single view, thus give a complete description of intelligent logistics operation mode. This paper combines the features of intelligent logistics and fourth party logistics platform, from the five views including organization view, function view, resources view, processes view and information view, gives a set of multi-view modeling references suitable for intelligent logistics operation, and puts forward the operation mode of intelligent logistics based on the fourth party logistics platform.

Abstract: This paper describes research in the use of The Java Media Framework (JMF) to develop Monitoring applications.. This paper introduces the structure of JMF library and describes the implementation of algorithms in our library. The Java Media Framework (JMF) is a recent API for Java dealing with real-time multimedia presentation and effects processing. JMF handles time-based media, media which changes with respect to time. Examples of this are video from a television source, audio from a raw-audio format file and animations.

Abstract: In view of the shortage of the KLT (Kanade-Lucas-Tomasi) tracking algorithm, an improved adaptive tracking method based on KLT is proposed in this paper, in which a kind of filtering mechanism is applied to decrease the effects of noise and illumination on tracking system. In order to eliminate the error of tracking, the strategies based on forward-backward error and measurement validity are utilized properly. However, because the approach to forward-backward error makes the feature points reduce, which leads to tracking failure especially when the shapes of object change, a method for appending the feature points is introduced. Experimental results indicate that the method presented in this paper is state of the art robustness in our comparison with related work and demonstrate improved generalization over the conventional methods.

Abstract: After a deep analysis on two aspects of challenges in the traditional network architecture, for the challenge of repetitious access and transmission of hot topic information, content store module supporting hot topic awareness is added in the access convergence routers; for the challenge of low efficiency of quality of service guarantee, connection oriented virtual circuit –omnibus circuit is proposed. The whole structure and specific operation of two-stage routing are designed, the system advantages and feasibility is analyzed at last.

Abstract: Transmission of traffic in optical network, the network may interrupt transmission because some component failures. In order to avoid such things, and in order to ensure a reliable business streaming, we proposed an algorithm to improve the service quality of the optical network. This algorithm is that some links used the protected road in the optical network link. In addition, this algorithm also supports traffic grooming. By this algorithm, the success rate of the users establishing a connection can be improved, and the quality of service of the network can be ultimately improved.

Abstract: Aiming at the question of infrared image edge to enhance and the real-time processing, this paper researches a Bubble wavelet construction process which can remove redundant information, strengthen the difference of information and have the lateral inhibition characteristics ,derives the Bubble wavelet lifting scheme and the lifting coefficient , and finally with the application of the lifting scheme, we realize the parallel computing aiming at the infrared image decomposition and reconstruction, the results show that based on lateral inhibition characteristics of the Bubble wavelet lifting scheme is correct, and also proves the usability of the lifting coefficient.
