Abstract: Particle size distribution of converter steel-slag powder prepared by ball milling were tested by the Mastersizer2000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer, the strength and fluidity of the cementitous morter made of 30%(mass fraction) steel-slag powder into standard cement were tested, and grey system theory was used to analysis the relationship between particle size distribution of slag powder and properties of mortar, the gray model of GM (0,2) was established between 28d compression strength and 4~8µm particle content. The results show that: the volume fraction of 24~32µm particle has a maximum effect on mortar fluidity, 4~8µm particle has a maximum effect on 7d and 28d mortar compressive strength, positive correlation; The predicted values agree well with measured values according to gray model.

Abstract: In this paper, GFRP bolts in diameter of 25mm are tested through freeze-thaw cycle by 50, 100 and 150 times to study their change law of appearance, weight, strength and elastic modulus. As reflected from the test results, after the freeze-thaw cycle, the appearance and weight of GFRP bolts are basically not changed. As the freeze-thaw cycle increases from 50 times to 100 times, the strength of bolts decreases gradually. After 50, 100 and 150 times of freeze-thaw cycle, the ultimate tensile strength of bolt decreases by 2.82%, 4.35% and 8.84%, respectively. During the process that the times of freeze-thaw cycle increase from 50 to 100, the elastic modulus of GFRP bolts grows gradually. After 50, 100 and 150 times of freeze-thaw cycle, the elastic modulus increases by 1.42%, 2.68% and 3.92%, respectively. The freeze-thaw cycle leads to embrittlement of GFRP materials and weakness of ductility, while not obviously.

Abstract: The Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) method is a very important method to resolve hypervelocity problems and the basic theory of SPH method is introduced here. Then the three dimensional hypervelocity impact problems are simulated by using the model of chair. The results of SPH analysis show that (SPH) method is a numerical calculation method to resolve hypervelocity problems without mesh model but the particle model must be getting to calculate and the program code is less than other method. By analysis the results of the simulation is reasonable and very similar to the test result. It can be concluded that the advantages of SPH demonstrated make it a good and an ideal method to simulate the impact problem and other problems.

Abstract: Finding an optimal sequence in terms of total completion time for processing ‘n’ jobs in ‘m’ processing centers in the shop floor is an important job for a shop floor supervisor. The problem is NP hard as the total number of sequences is (n!) for a permutation flow shop scheduling problem. Starting from Johnson’s Algorithm, many classical Heuristics were proposed in earlier days. After the invention of evolutionary algorithms and Meta Heuristics, finding an optimal sequence becomes comparatively easier. This paper deals with improving one such performance parameter, the make span, in a Permutation Flow Shop Scheduling problem in case of job idle times (though machines are available, jobs are not) observed in between two machines. The case of three machines, n jobs has been analyzed using the well known Taillard bench mark problems by coding in MATLAB R2008a and a new procedure has been proposed.

Abstract: With China's rapid economic development, domestic jewelry consumption has maintained a high growth rate. Jewelery manufacturing equipment is always behind, seriously hampered the development of the industry. For this situation, the author carried out a series of gold automated processing equipment. In this paper, based on the design of a gold-decorated chain molding equipment, using ANSYS software to do finite element analysis on the spindle three-dimensional model of the gold ornaments chain forming equipment. Because the spindle have great impact in the gold processing accuracy for deformation and vibration.

Abstract: In many scenarios, wireless sensor networks are deployed in hostile environments. Adversaries could easily compromise sensor node, and bogus data could be injected into the network through the compromised sensor nodes, which decreases the accuracy of the sensing data and wastes scarce energy resources of the networks. In this paper, a novel bogus data detection and filtering scheme for wireless sensor networks was proposed based on one-way hash function. In the proposed scheme, if the sensing node was compromised, the based station could verify the endorsement report, and if the compromised forwarding node modified the report packet, the bogus data could be verified by the next forwarding node, and the modified report packet would be discarded. The analysis shows that the proposed scheme not only provides a high security level but also can detect most bogus data and achieve energy savings.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the functional requirements for directing, communicating, distinguishing and evaluating of strategy-oriented management system of local party and government leaders’ performances, and provides the design thoughts of building the management system from four aspects: organization and responsibility system of managing environmental performances of local party and government leaders, decomposing system of local government’s strategic goals, process system of management of local party and government leaders' performances and basic guarantee system of management of the leaders’ performances; it also points out that in building strategy-oriented management system of local party and government leaders’ energy-saving and emission-reducing performances, the work of one center, four key sectors and six important decisions should be done well.

Abstract: Along with the economic growth, more crowded entertainment places are growing dramatically and the safety concerns are no longer contained as usual. The huge property damage and heavy casualties of fire caused by the owner ignorance of safety management or the fall short of the fire resistance specifications. These factors caused serious casualties after fire occurred. This research utilizes Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) software to analyze and simulate the fire accident that occurred in a public entertainment places on Po-Li bar, KeeLung City, Taiwan. The computer simulation calculates the fire spread and smoke distribution at the fire scene, and is in reasonable agreement with the post report provided by the fire department and photos. Simulation results of the various important parameters - such as temperature, CO concentration and smoke layer height during the fire time domain are obtained. This study will provide the improvement of fire parameters and suggestions to avoid future unfortunate events.

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the regionalism concepts in Tingbao Yang's architectural thought on the Regionalism Concept. Firstly, this study examined Tingbao Yang's career to make clear what has influenced his architectural thought. Secondly, this study analyzed his most important works to find if any regionalism concepts available by each time. Finally, we summarized the transition of the regionalism concepts in Tingbao Yang's architectural thought. As a result of these analyses, this paper reveals that at least four regionalism factors, which are climate, landform, regional material and architectural tradition, are considered in his works. Furthermore, he has even created a special design technique on them. Due to the analysis above, we find Tingbao Yang's immigration to Chongqing in 1937 played a significant role on his transformed design thinking.

Abstract: This paper focus on designing a fuzzy PID controller design about the vapor pressure of the EPE foaming machine parameters, and raise a self-tuning method of PID parameters, and use the fuzzy control toolbox of MATLAB to simulate its control system, which are compared with the simulation of conventional PID controller, the results show the design of fuzzy PID controller have high control precision, small overshoot, good dynamic performance characteristics.
