Abstract: Based on the Antibody Clonal Selection Theory of immunology, an adaptive dynamic clone select algorithm is put forward. The new algorithm is intended to integrate the local searching with the global and the probability evolution searching with the stochastic searching. Compared with other algorithms, the new algorithm prevents prematurely more effectively and has high convergence speed. Numeric experiments of function optimization indicate that the new algorithm is effective and useful.

Abstract: The electro-hydraulic control directional valve based on magneto-rheological fluid using in hydraulic support is proposed. The magneto-rheological fluid represents favorable flow liquid state without external magnetic field, but it can represent mechanics quality of similarity solid in strong magnetic field. The magneto-rheological fluid may become solid within milliseconds under the action of an external magnetic field, which can realize intelligent control of hydraulic system and overcome shortcoming of traditional hydraulic valve. The electro-hydraulic control directional valve uses magneto-rheological fluid as controlling fluid, and adjusts pressure difference of action main control valve between left end and right end though changing excitation coil current of magneto-rheological valve. The electro-hydraulic control directional valve based on magneto-rheological fluid can satisfy the self-feeding hydraulic support using requirements and has low manufacturing cost. The installation and using of the electro-hydraulic control valve is more convenient and fast. It reduces the point of failure of the hydraulic supports piping system and makes hydraulic support more secure and reliable.

Abstract: Sanitary landfill, Burning, Compost are the main method to dispose gabage in China.If urben refuse is put into the cement kiln, processing it, producing cement, it will benefit all. This mature method has no influence on neither the cement production nor the quality of cement products,however the indexes of all emissions in the manufacturing meet the national standards. Statistics show the heat generated by every ton of waste is equal to that of 183kg standard coals; the cinders are mixed in cement during the treatment process, thus 107kilograms substitute raw materials can be generated by every ton of waste, and 6 to 7 percent are added. Moreever, it reduces carbon dioxide emission 8000 tons for every 10,000 tons waste. This paper concludes: the utilization of cement kiln to incinerate domestic waste has obvious advantages in environmental protection and total investment does not cost much. The municipal engineering construction has the priority to use the products from domestic treatment cement factories, and domestic waste incineration cement factories should be under self-management. Also supportive policies as well as the readjustment of waste treatment management and interest pattern can promote the development of treating urban domestic waste by cement production.

Abstract: The measurement of body contours grating fringe projection technology is the three-dimensional measurement of a hotspot. Basic principle is to be tested based on grating projection three-dimensional object shape; key technology is to enable the generation of sinusoidal grating projection stripes projected onto the measured object. Theoretical sinusoidal intensity stripes should be a phase grating, but such grating is difficult and costly. Therefore, this paper structure of smooth three-dimensional measurement system, the core scanning devices-grating, through the characterization method to design a production, and enable it to project a stripe of light intensity by the sine distribution is given the experimental results. From the start of the study to refine and perfect the final three stages, each stage is accompanied by a large number of experiments. Using Fresnel-Kirchhoff formula. The overall structure of the grating design and the gradual improvement,Achieved good results, And proposed future research ideas and program,Also gives the experimental data and results.

Abstract: The development of fault detection and diagnosis system is accomplished with the application of PXI interface technology, modular instrument and signal processing technology. The total technical scheme of host computer, portable test platform, signal adapter unit, test interface and cable together with peripheral components is introduced in the presented system. Consequently, the hardware includes master computer (fault test and diagnosis platform), PXI-bus data acquisition system, signal interface adapter, power supply system, interface unit, connection cable and peripheral dedicated test equipments. And the software is developed by C and LabWindows/CVI based on Win32 operating system. In addition, the modular and object-oriented programming are adopted in the software development. The software consists of three parts: the master program running on test and diagnosis platform, the client software module on signal adapter unit as well as the remote interface software module. It can implement fault detection of electrical system on replaceable circuit board and block of the hydraulic system or electrical system. So it can help equipment repairmen and operator perform quick repairs and maintenance to the electrical system for engineering equipment.

Abstract: The noise of main reducer is the radiant energy of its structure vibration in the air. There are abundant running messages in its noise and this can be used as an important index to evaluate its assembly quality. The noise of main reducer is detected on-line and the gained noise signal is dealt with and analyzed. Dimensionless parameters in time/frequency domain and wave packet frequency band energy are extracted from vibration signals as the evaluation indexes of the fault diagnosis to the implementing of on-line diagnosis based on the pattern recognition. The availability of this method is demonstrated by the experiments.

Abstract: Analysis about the cause of the main failure and the forces of the main welding outer cylinder of the recent large aircraft landing gear were given. The impact load for main welding outer cylinder in the process of the taking off and landing was calculated of 580MPa. Finite element model of the main welding outer cylinder was then established and the influence of the impact loading to the main welding outer cylinder was analyzed. The results showed that crack was most likely take place on the top of the outer cylinder, and then on the two welds. The crack expanded in an S shape. This study could provide an important basis for the safety of the aircraft landing gear inspection and service life prediction.

Abstract: Balancing mechanism for a multi-link high-speed precision press has been proposed and kinetic equations for the press with balancing mechanism have been derived also. The corresponding computer program has been developed on the basis of Matlab software environment. Take the press developed in the research as an example to calculate for studying balancing effect of this mechanism. Calculation results show that the balancing mechanism can significantly reduce vertical inertial force acted on the bed on the one hand; on the other hand the horizontal inertial forces of some parts and torque need will be increased. Results of the research mentioned above can be used for development of the multi-link high-speed precision press.
