Abstract: Along with the current development of economy in China, it is one of the key issues to how to solve the growth of enterprises in the agricultural product processing industry with the respects to the solutions to three dimensional rural issues and the construction of harmonious society. In this paper, on the frame of the factor system which will influence the growth ability of enterprises in the agricultural product processing industry, the effective factors have been selected by applying the Delphi method. A diamond model for the growth ability of enterprises in the agricultural product processing industry has been designed on the basis of the Principal Component Analysis, which has given a direction to enterprises in the agricultural product processing industry for their further developments of the growth ability.
