Abstract: At present, the anti-counterfeiting fibers are mainly monochromatic fluorescent fibers, dual-band fluorescent fibers, and multicolor segment dyed fibers. However, anti-counterfeiting fibers using only these several anti-counterfeiting methods are increasingly unable to meet the needs of anti-counterfeiting technology for high efficiency, greenness, and security. This paper studies the method of setting passwords using multi-bit sequence programming in the spinning process, and enables passwords to be effectively stored throughout the fiber production and sales chain. Because nanoscale metal inorganic salts and metal oxide powders have good dispersion, they can be well and uniformly dispersed in the spinning solution. In addition, metal elements can be relatively stable in the spinning process, providing the possibility of traceability of programmable passwords. Setting a password in this method can effectively improve the anti-counterfeiting performance of the fiber without affecting the basic properties of the fiber, and will help to develop new technology for tracking and identifying anti-counterfeit fibers.

Abstract: In this paper, there are tow part of module for predicting the Annealing heat treatments of Zr tube. The artificial neural network (ANN) were used for relationship between mechanical property and annealing parameters. The genetic algorithm (GA) were used for Annealing heat treatments of Zr tube. The best ANN network architecture is 2-8-3, and the optimum values of momentum factor is 0.8 while the Crossover is also 0.8 by ANN-GA, which can be efficiently track the effect of annealing Heat treatment on properties for Zr-4 alloy. Abstract: Thiosulphate gold leaching is an alternative technology to the cyanidation of gold ores. Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is referred to as EDTA.A study on the leaching kinetics of gold involved in the system S2O32--EDTA-Cu2+ for the gold in this paper. The effect of temperature and of the addition of copper has been also analyzed, temperature has a remarkable effect over the overall reaction rate in the range from 293 to 323k, the result shows that the leaching process conforms to the chemical control model. The concentration of [S2O32-] considerably affects the leaching rate obtaining a value of for the order of reaction in the range of concentrations from 0.05 to 0.3 mol/L of S2O32- which obtaining a reaction order of 1.029. Copper addition favored the leaching rate of gold which obtaining a reaction order of 0.441,Thiosulphater addition also favored the leaching rate of gold .kinetics model was established which is 1−(1−x)1/3=4950.8c (S2O32-)1.029c (Cu2+)0.441exp (-9911/8.314T).

Abstract: The jute and polypropylene fiber (PP) were formed into jute/PP composite by carding, netting and needling. Using surface dusting process, β-CD and ammonium phosphate (APP) were combined and hot pressed to form a flame-retardant layer on the surface of jute/PP composite. The results show that the thermal compression film formation on the surface of jute/PP composite after β-CD and APP compounding can significantly improve the flame retardancy and thermal stability of the jute/PP composite. When the mass ratio of β-CD to APP is 1:2 and keeping the 20wt% total content of the flame retardants, the jute/PP composite becomes extinguished after 58s combustion. The limiting oxygen index (LOI) value is 26.6%, which reaches the third fire resistance according to Japan's JISD 1201-77 standard. The heat release rate and effective combustion calorific show the lowest value and the carbon residual at 700°C is increased by 11. 68%.

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of nanoTiO2 content on the thermal properties, mechanical properties, photocatalytic properties of PA6/TiO2-GO composites were investigated. The results indicated that the melting point of the composites decreased gradually with an increase of nanoTiO2 content, and the degree of crystallinity exhibited an increasing trend at first and then tended to decrease. Meanwhile, the breaking strength decreased gradually, whereas the elongation at break increased gradually. Moreover, the nanoTiO2 exhibited an increasing photocatalytic activity for degradation of the methylene blue solution. The incorporation of graphene oxide (GO) could effectively improve the photocatalytic effectiveness of nanoTiO2 by approximately 11%.

Abstract: Graphene was attended widely in recent years because of its excellent performance in electrical, mechanical, optical and magnetic applications. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) is commonly used tools for studying the chemical binding state, chemical modification, heteroatom dopants and quantitative chemical composition of graphene. In this work, XPS characterization of graphene films, obtained through reduction and then thermal treatment of graphene oxide films, was studied. The XPS of the graphene films are performed by direct testing, Ar+ etching, and direct peeling of the surface layer. The result shows that for graphene film, direct peeling is a simple and easy to use low-cost treatment, which can also be extended to XPS testing of other two-dimensional (2D) materials.

Abstract: This study analyzes the properties of different Cr-Mo steels using in CNG cylinders was discussed in this paper. It is shown that 34CrMo4 has finer microstructure, higher hardness, higher tensile properties and better hydrostatic pressure burst results. As the material for CNG gas cylinders, the advantages of 34CrMo4 are more obvious.
