Simulation of Wind Pressure for Self-stayed Rod Based on CFD Full scale modeling was established by preliminary treatment software of Gambit.
Summary Based on the general software FLUENT of CFD, simulation analysis on self-stayed rod is discussed in this paper.

The characteristics of flow field in the KYF-0.2 flotation cell are studied by CFD, and PIV test is also carried out to verify CFD simulation results.
Standard K-ε model is a common choice in CFD simulation in flotation cell.
Comparing CFD simulation and PIV measurement, the results are fundamentally consistent, but the position of upper and lower circulation and velocity value still exist slight differences, Therefore it is necessary to correct CFD simulation strategy and increase accuracy in PIV measurements.
CFD simulation and PIV measurements can be used for revealing flow flied characteristics in flotation cell.

Experimental and CFD Simulation of a Bubble Column J.A.
Five different diameters of bubbles have been used in the CFD simulations.
The comparisons between CFD simulations and experimental data show that the Eulerian-Eulerian approach provides a computational model that represents the process satisfactorily.
In the simulations, the gas stream was represented by five discrete phases.
These results show a good agreement between experimental and CFD hold-up.
