This paper presents field measurement results of boundary layer wind characteristics over typical open country during the passages of typhoon Fung-wong passed by Wenzhou in July 2008.
Those two masts were placed in east to west direction marked by 1 and 2, which with the horizontal distance of 17m, and both with the height of 9m.This paper presents some selected field measurement results of wind characteristics during the passage of typhoon Fung-wong passed by Wenzhou on 27 July 2008.

Technology based on the three-phase bubble theory, combined with characteristics of coal of 7312-2 caving face of a coal mine in Xuzhou, using laboratory studies to determination the fly ash , Wong and a variety of surfactant , then determining the formula of three-phase foam which is fit for a coal mine coal, it can restrain goal spontaneous combustion effectively and beneficial to safety production and environmental prevention.
Mechanism of three-phase foam the technology of fire prevention is that anti-extinguishing performance of three-phase bubble set of solid, liquid, gas three-phase material, it can prevent fire by using fly ash or Wong coverage, the choking of the nitrogen and water endothermic cooling, greatly improving the efficiency of Fire Prevention.
In short, three-phase bubble cooling, the resistance, inserting and explosion suppression comprehensive anti-extinguishing performance. 2 Experimental research of three-phase foam 2.1 Selection of experimental material The experimental alternative materials contains: Xuzhou Local Wong, fly ash of a coal, Xuzhou local tap water, the compressed air.
surface, which should make the surface of the fly ash or Wong from hydrophilic into a hydrophobic, so that the fly ash or Wong particles can be easily attached to the foam, thereby enabling the solid particles adhere to the foam to form a three-phase bubble groups. 3) solid-phase composition of the chemical composition determination.

The Belytschko-Wong-Chiang shell elements are used and the kinematical work hardening model is adopted, while the ties with failure contact criterion is given to the coating and substrate interface.
Belytschko-Wong- Chiang shell element of four nodes is adopted to mesh the substrate and coating components which includes each component’s thickness information.
The Belytschko-Wong-Chiang element is valid in this aspect.
