Over time, various branches of engineering have become recognized as distinct from civil engineering, including chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering, while much of military engineering has been absorbed by civil engineering.
In many countries, civil engineers are subject to licensure.
This use of the title may cause confusion to the English speaker as the Belgian “civil” engineer can have a specialty other than civil engineering.
However a non-chartered civil engineer may be a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers or the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.
The description “Civil Engineer” is not restricted to members of any particular professional organization although “Chartered Civil Engineer” is [8].

Abstract.
This paper attempts to improve the theory of value management in civil engineering, some management strategies of value management for civil engineering enterprises are proposed.
Review of value management theory in civil engineering Value management as a methodology can make a valuable contribution towards a better solution to the problems facing civil engineering professionals.
But the development of value management is always very slow: many civil engineering professionals have not even heard of the term and misunderstanding and false perceptions of value management still persist in the minds of clients and civil engineering professionals.
There is also a need to change the attitudes of clients and civil engineering professionals.

Introduction Civil Engineering Department currently open ‘3+1’ special course named ‘Civil Engineering Simulation’ of 2 credits and 32 hours.
According to the existing situation, based on the model of CDIO engineering education, the Civil Engineering Department proposes a single course can establish three projects.
Currently, the project has been approved by the department of civil engineering, and the first round of the curriculum practices team has been formed, including 9 students which has formed three teams.
