Study on Economic Compensation for Owner of the requisitioned Civilian Transportation in Emergency QIAN Run-hua 1, a ( 1 Department of Mechanical Engineering, Academy of Armored Forces Engineering, Beijing 100072 , China ) a qianrh@163.com Keywords: transportation economy, transportation mobilization, transportation impressments, traffic pricing, transportation cost analyses.
Economic Compensation Analyses on the Civil Transport In emergent event, the compensation for civil transportation is not only to protect the legal interests for mobilized, but also to protect their positivity.
The national mobilization potential is strong for the enough civil transport.
According to the law, to compensate the civil transport based on the traffic economic price theory can be positive for the transport need in emergent events, the civil benefits egis, and the nation development.

After a general theoretical description (theory and process) of the optimization model, an engineering case is optimized using this method.
And the method is proved feasible by analyzing the primary and optimized travelers in Midas Civil and comparing their properties.
To verify the local property of the optimized traveler, parameterized plate element models of the primary and optimized travelers are established in Midas Civil to obtain better analysis (Figs .4 and 5).
Based on an engineering case, total weight of the front cross beam and triangle trusses decreases by 29.3% in the optimization model.

Exploration of the Strategies in Civil Engineering to the Safety Evaluation and Reinforcement Technique of Wood Structure of Ancient Architecture in Huizhou Qiang Sun1,a , Wen He1,b 1College of Civil Engineering of Anhui Institute of Architectural and Industry, Hefei, 230601, China asunqiang@aiai.edu.cn,bhw6534@yahoo.cn Keywords: Ancient structure; Safety evaluation; Reinforcement; Status quo; Wood structure Abstract.
However qualitative evaluated structure through professional knowledge and experience of engineers and technicians rather than modern measurement technology, the judgment of complicated phenomenon may be inaccurate, the identifier’s experience requirements may be high, and conclusion sometimes also vary from person to person.
