Scheduling Optimization for Parking and Taking Car about the Vertical Circulation Type Stereo Garage

Comparing to the traditional natural underground garage, the vertical garage as a new parking pattern has more outstanding advantages such as saving ground, more efficiently guarantee personal and car safety, easy management for in or out garage as well as flexible configuration[3], we can say that this kind of garage is indispensable choice for effectively improving city static traffic.
There is a queuing phenomenon with form and without form, for example, storage regulation of the reservoir, blocking and leading the vehicle and boats in the traffic centre of the train station and dock [5-6].

UAVRS integrating GIS can bring up potential and secondary disaster points for guaranteeing safety of personnel and property.
In order to ensure the safety of the UAV and the accuracy of remote sensing image, the pattern elevation is set to 2200 m.
The disaster area is located in the remote mountainous areas, traffic is inconvenient, social and economic development is slow, and the disaster area terrain and status map does not update [17].
