However, due to the existence of some unfavourable factors, such as active chemical properties, easy oxidation and evaporation, no fixed shape and opacification of liquid metal at high temperature, it is very difficult to observe the melt stirring and changing process.
Numerical simulation of aluminium foam material mainly aimed at itself properties [1~3], such as the heat transfer performance and mechanical performance, without involving the stirring process.
The glycerol or polyethylene glycol (PEG2000) was added into the deionized water to change its properties such as viscosity or surface tension.
It is difficult to describe the solution properties and stirring effect quantitatively, so the video information is required to be processed further.
Since the factors d, g are constant, while the variation in difference value of is relatively small, the settling velocity is mainly affected by viscosity .

With the photosensitive resin as the processing material, cuboid parts and double-cantilever parts were fabricated by using a stereolithography apparatus, and the dimension shrinkage factor and the curl factor were studied.
The shrinkage factor was less than 1.00%, and the curl factor was less than 8.00%, which showed that the accuracy of the fabricated parts was high with the photosensitive resin for stereolithography.
Although SL has evolved so fast and received more and more attention in the past few years, and some critical research problems affect SL’s survival, maturation and further application.
SLA part accuracy is a direct result of the resin properties, and a low shrinkage resin that is cured possesses a high accuracy for its fabricated part.
It has now been found that the photosensitive resins of epoxy-acrylate hybrid systems can be used for stereolithography, and the photosensitive resins are distinguished by a very low viscosity, a very low shrinkage, a very low curl factor and good mechanical properties in the green state and after full curing.

At the present time, although the technology of electroplastic drawing and electroplastic rolling have been realized [2,3], the mechanism of electroplastic effect is unclear up to now and the influencing factors of electroplastic effect still lie in exploration.
In the 1960’s Troitskii and co-workers found that drift electrons can exert a force (electron wind) on dislocations and further affects metal’s plastic flow.
Conrad considered that drift electrons not only could exert a force (“electron wind”) on dislocations but also affected the process of thermally-activated dislocation motion.
Molotskii’s idea that the electron spin may participate in formation of crystal plastic properties in a magnetic field allows one to create a new effective method of plastic properties control.
The theoretical results showed that a microwave magnetic field could cause transitions between magnetic sublevels of a dislocation–obstacle pair and, influence the plastic properties of the crystals.

Water Content Test
As a solvent and media, water is the raw material of crop photosynthesis, and also an important factor for keeping metabolism and constituting the plant’s body. When water is shortage, the crops will reduce productions, even die[2].The water mainly coming from the moisture of soil is absorbed by crops’ roots,so the water content in the soil can directly affect the growth and yield of crops[3].Our team tested the water content in the fresh samples by the way called drying and weighing. The results are shown by Form 3-1.
WC(%) A1 14.59 C1 11.82 A2 22.81 C2 21.41 A3 46.40 C3 43.49 B1 11.34 D1 13.41 B2 22.21 D2 22.81 B3 42.51 D3 47.68 PH Value Wheat is the main crops in China. Its yield and quality is affected by their own characteristics, but the main factor is the environment of growth, including soil conditions, climate factors, geographic location, etc. The PH value can largely affect the fertility factors , physical and chemical properties in soil[4].The best PH value for wheat growing is 6.5.When the PH value is higher than 7 or lower than 6,the activity of amylase, protease and lipase are reduced during the wheat seeding;the rate of breathing and endosperm decomposing become slowly;germination is slow;the seeding grow slowly caused by low activity of roots and nitrate reductase, chlorophyll content, rate of photosynthesis
The form 3-3 shows that the water suction in Class A is a little higher than Class C,but it is lower than Class B and D.However, the thickness of covered soil in Class C is approximately two times of Class A which cause the cost of reclamation much more higher, and the water content in Class C is lower than Class A on the natural condition. So according to all the above factors,Class A is the best
Conclusion The on-site investigations and researches of reclaimed land in Shangyao town show that:①The layer of fly ash has good properties of water-resisting, water-saving, water-holding and water-supplying for covered soil;②There are different properties of water-saving,water-holding and water-supplying between different levels of covered soil.Under the lowest condition of soil the wheat needs, considering the costs of reclamation and efficiencies of yield at the same time, the best thickness of covered soil in reclaimed land of Shangyao is between 24cm and 40cm.

Moreover, from the point of view of cost, many
factors such as the feed bridge, process quality and die scale should be considered.
Drawing is the crucial process and it will affect other processes and die structure.
Forming performance at this area depends on the lubrication, material properties and some other processing conditions.
For the specific drawbead, factors affecting the resistance force mainly are the radius of the round corner, height, width, gap and some other parameters.

Among the process parameters, electrolyte provides a leading role owing to its vital influence not only on the films’ chemistry but also on the electrical conductivity of the circuit, which affects the film properties.
Introduction Titanium (Ti) and its alloys have been extensively used as dental or orthopedic implants because of their excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility.
Research demonstrates that process parameters such as electric potential, applied frequency, treatment time and electrolyte have decisive effects on the properties of ASD films[5-7].

To produce the pressing forms from calcined gypsum the following methods and operations have been used: operations concerning production of gypsum with the best physicochemical and mechanical properties in order to be used for construction of pressing forms (determining the quality of gypsum based on water and plaster ratio; establishing the influence of epoxy and curing solution on the mechanical resistance of the obtained gypsum; determining the influence of lime, boric acid, zinc chloride, sodium chloride on the hardening period of calcined gypsum); production of the models from wood and metal; fixing the model on the gypsum cushion; finding on the model the separation line and restrict the area used for gypsum moulding; applying grease on the model, on the plate under the model, on the walls and on all parts that come in contact with liquid gypsum to be poured; preparation of the gypsum solution.
When producing forming mould from gypsum is difficult cu take in consideration different factors that affect the dimensions of the final part, and for this reason, if some wax models are used, the dimensional and shape errors can be corrected and the moulding form can be produced after the gypsum model executed using one or more sample.

It is shown that taking into account the bimodularity of the material significantly affects the maximum tensile and compressive stresses.
Multi-modularity of concrete depends on many factors: aggregate, age, temperature, etc.
The strength of the elements of building structures is determined by the mechanical characteristics of concrete, including the difference in the elastic modulus in tension from the elastic modulus in compression.

The simplified structure should satisfy analytical requirements of mechanical properties, and be close to the actual engineering structure as much as possible.
As the piston rod and the axle integrally are connected by a sleeve, too much contact in the finite element settings will affect the calculation efficiency and results.
Therefore, the non-key parts which do not affect the analysis of key parts should be simplified.
(a) the elastic force curve (b) the stiffness coefficient curve Fig. 5 The stiffness characteristic and curves The main factors that affect the stiffness characteristics of the shock absorber are the initial inflation pressure and volume of the cavity.
The factors that affect the damping characteristics are the damping orifice, valve diameter and number of valves.
