Analyses the mechanical equipment management and maintenance chaoqun Leng yuling Huang Nanchang University of Technology, Nanchang, Jiangxi 330044, China Key words: mechanical equipment; Management; Measures; maintenance Abstract:Equipment use, management, maintenance and repair of phase take up of the total life cycle of the equipment for the most part, pays special attention to the equipment management, ensure the safe and normal operation of the enterprise management work is a basic work, it keeps the foundation of the enterprise production and operation, affecting all aspects of the enterprise.
Construction machinery equipment management measures Mechanical safety from people's needs, in the use of mechanical process, use, maintenance, maintenance of all kinds of condition, to make the person's body and mind from external factors endangering the existence of the state and guarantee conditions.
Due to special equipment belongs to greater danger, accident easily cause harm to the operator himself or others, as well as machinery and equipment, public facilities and other major property losses, to ensure its normal operation must be carried out regularly and circuit inspection, to avoid mechanical accidents, and to ensure the safety of production safety and life.
Production equipment distribution should be taken into consideration for equipment maintenance division, the condition of equipment, complexity of technology, production needs and repair fitter's technical level and other factors.
According to the above factors will be divided into several regions and workshop equipment, can also according to equipment classification area maintenance group.

Typically, the crosslink structures and crosslink density are an important factor that affects the physical properties of the vulcanizates.
In this work, the effect of ACC/S ratio on crosslink density, mechanical and thermal ageing properties in CB/CC and SC/CC hybrid-filled NR composites was evaluated.
The mechanical properties including hardness, tensile strength, tear strength and compression set are illustrated in Fig. 3.

Effects of pre-strain and tempering on mechanical properties in high-strength martensitic steels were investigated.
It would be meaningful to study the effect of pre-strain, an essential factor in ST treatment, by focusing on the change in mechanical properties and the deformation behavior of grain and phase units such as lattice and phase strains [2,5].
In the high-strength martensitic steels with high ρ, changes in the initial ρ value, dislocation movement during deformation, and stress partitioning between the phases affects the mechanical properties.
The mechanical properties were discussed by in situ neutron diffraction experiments.

These components are the main factors that significantly affect the resistance of welded joints of high-strength steels to slow and brittle fracture.
It is possible to distinguish two main methods for affecting the process of crystallization of welding bath metal: metallurgical, which is associated with the properties of the metal and technological, which determines the methods of influencing the metal.
Their effect results in microcrystalline structure, which has increased mechanical properties that reduces the probability of crack formation [6].
The results of studies of the effect of elastic vibrations during welding of butt joints of high-strength low-alloy steel on the mechanical properties and cold resistance of the thermal impact zone are shown in table 3.
Conclusions The conducted studies allow establishing the influence of elastic vibrational oscillations on the structure of ductile constituent and mechanical properties of welded joints of 10G2FB steel during welding.

One drawback of this actuator is that environmental factors impact its performance including temperature and humidity.
Two systems are combined together to verify the ambient factors how to impact the mechanical properties of cellulose-based material.
Figure 3 and 4 represent the environmental effects on the mechanical properties of EAPap.
Fig. 4 Dependence of mechanical properties with temperature Fig. 5 Dependence of mechanical properties with and without electrodes To investigate the electric field effect on the material properties, C11 cellophane sample was selected to test.
It is evident that the electric field affected the material properties of EAPap and critical electric excitation is existed.

Residual stresses have a significant effect on the material’s mechanical properties and they can cause also cracking on the cutting edge. [1,8] Residual stresses occur in the material without external load.
Conclusions The investigated flame cut samples showed that mechanical properties, microstructure and residual stress state of the flame cut edge can be influenced by varying the flame cutting parameters.
Results show that optimizing the cutting parameters, mechanical properties, microstructure and residual stress state of the flame cut edge can be improved and this way cracking probability of the thick steel plates can be reduced.

Based on test and analysis results of the structural parameters, the relevant performance indicators were measured in consideration of mechanical properties, comfort and style of fabrics, and the test data were systematically integrated and the relevant quantitative data were ultimately obtained.
As to the main factors of the structural parameters which greatly affect the performance of the fabrics, they will provide scientific evidence for the design and development of fabric.
Correlation Analysis of Structure and Properties on Fabric.
Comparison of mean value is the relationship between a parameter and a property, but a property affected by the overall structural parameters or a structural parameter affects the overall properties.
The performance changes are often caused by a variety of complex factors, thus the result of dispersion and volatility is relatively large; the partial correlation will be truly reflected unless the other factors are removed when partial correlation analysis is adopted.
