It’s important to improve the rationality and effectiveness of the disaster prevention sign system so as to transfer enough safety messages in case of emergency.
For large public buildings and facilities (such as libraries), the relevant disaster prevention signs outside are necessary to smooth the traffic around and indicate the movement of the crowds to ensure a good transportation.

For ensuring the safety of the drivers, the path following method can be improved through using image processing [9].
The traffic routing can be model by providing turn-by-turn directions using the GPS information about the followed path, thus obtaining a vehicle with navigation assistants that increases the safety of the driver and the passengers [10].
Conclusions This paper presents an algorithm for optimal planning a path using clothoid curves for turning and followed by a vehicle with navigation assistants thus providing a higher degree of safety for the driver and the passengers .

Fast and accurate calculation of the driving safety distance is the aim to achieve precise vehicle control, while the different ranging approaches greatly affect the accuracy of safety distance calculation.
Owning to the special circumstance and requirements of the vibrator work, the designed system used pulsed laser ranging method and combined with GPS navigation system and camera to obtain a more accurate real-time road condition and the preceding vehicle information to reach the goal of motorcade driving safety.
