Introduction
Structural health monitoring (SHM) system for bridge has become one of the most important topics in
the field of civil engineering to prevent tragic bridge collapses and to ensure structural integrity and
safety.
The SHM system with the proposed frameworks was found to be stable and tractable under the normal traffic operation on the bridge.

In recent years, with the rapid development of logistics information system, using the wireless location technology to track and backtrack goods (as the three-dimensional identification orientation safety net which real-time oversight the vehicle and cargo information in the whole supply chain system) has wide application in the field of object tracking, vehicle guidance and so on.
Combining the GPS Real-time positioning with RFID fast recognition to application will greatly enhance the level of safety management of vehicles and cargo in the transport of cargo [2].
Application of enterprise location refers to location services for the group mobile phone or dedicated terminals, such as traffic monitoring and vehicle scheduling, anti-theft security, charge difference based on location and fraud management etc.
With wireless location technology, operators can plot the traffic statistics of different areas, a reasonable optimization of the network to improve network quality of service (QoS).

Introduction

In order to guarantee the safety of the vehicles, the widely acceptable threshold |LTR| is 0.9 [9].
Hence, making a warning 0.4 second in advance is proper for the safety purpose.
