The data on diffusion in undoped oxides at low temperatures is also of considerable interest.
The experimental data (Fig. 1, curve 1) for nanostructured powder of LaMnO3+δ oxide is consistent with expression (1).
According to our data, this assumption was valid only for nanoscale oxide powders obtained by mechanical activation.
High-temperature data for NdMnO3+d and SmMnO3+d are absent, but probably they obey the same law.
However, the reduction proceeds at high temperatures.

Compared with metal and ceramic materials, composite materials have great advantages in vibration and noise reduction; therefore composite gears can be widely used on occasions where low vibration and noise are demanded.

Through applying the corrections on the axis Z, B and Y, we seek the reduction of the deviation of the axial profile as compared to the Archimedes one, chose as a reference.
We can observe the reduction of the maximum deviations to the level of 0.003 mm, when the eccentricity is 1.8 mm.

Data collected from plants showed that wastewater enrich acrylic acid, acrolein and hydroquinone and the odor of wastewater is very unpleasant.
The reduction in the rate constant is due to the reduction in the penetration of light with surplus amount of TiO2.
The data for acrylic acid removal are shown in Fig 5.
All correlation coefficients were higher than 0.98, indicating that the proposed kinetic model was in good agreement with our experimental data.

Introduction Since occurrence of casting defects results in the reduction in casting yield, reducing occurrence of casting defects is important.
We classified casting defects according to occurrence factors and summarized the results for use as standard analysis data.
We then prepared standard data from the results of this analysis.
As a result, we have facilitated identification of occurrence causes, as well as establishment of countermeasures and their control, and have enabled reduction in rate of casting defect occurrence.
The authors intend to standardize analysis procedures through accumulation of further data and to construct an expert system.

Primary and secondary optics strongly differ between out-of-plane (coplanar geometry) and in-plane (non-coplanar geometry) configuration due to a weak diffracted signal recorded in in-plane configurations as a small material volume is sampled (x-ray depth penetration limited to some tenth nanometers at grazing incident angle of 0.2°), requiring only a system of long soller slits for divergence reduction.
From the values reported in the table it is suggested that the in-plane tensile stress is a bit higher for the thinner film indicating a reduction in the stored stress when thicker 3C-SiC films are considered, consistently with what found in ref. [5].
This value is lower than the 5.05 × 10-6 K-1 at 800 K reported by Slack et al. [6] This difference can be justified by considering that data considered in their work were taken on polycrystalline brick of mixed SiC polytypes while, in the present work, data were taken by considering a single crystal 3C-SiC film grown hetero-epitaxially on a Si substrate.
In this paper, we have shown a preliminary study about the effect of thermal treatments on 3C-SiC lattice, with measurements of the three parameters a, b and c by means of XRD. (331) skew symmetric reflection was chosen to confirm on a larger sampled volume the data obtained by in-plane XRD measurements, being the resulting values in perfect agreement.
