The experimental results verify the validity and feasibility of fuzzy attribute discretization of civil aviation radar intelligence data characteristics.
1.
This section presents a discretization algorithm for continuous attribute of civil aviation radar intelligence based on the above algorithm, and establishes membership functions of fuzzy attribute partition.
For given civil aviation radar intelligence database samples D, only the classification attributes and continuous attributes are considered in this paper.
Pseudo code of algorithm for fuzzy partition of civil aviation radar intelligence data attribute is shown. 1.
But in actual engineering application, the membership functions of fuzzy sets are usually expressed as triangular, trapezoidal or Gauss type functions, in order to facilitate calculation, triangle function is selected.

Modern civil engineering is characterized by resource and energy efficiency, and functional integration.
Further research is necessary, particularly in the field of fiber-reinforced composite material for the application in civil engineering [4].
In civil engineering, glass-fibers are used as reinforcement and thermosetting resins (unsaturated polyester resins, epoxy resin) are used as matrix.
Summary and Outlook As saving of resources, freedom in design and functional integration become more important, the focus in architecture and civil engineering shifts to lightweight design.
Although fiber composites have been further developed in recent years, they were rarely used in civil engineering.

Keywords: Vibration control, MSMA, Actuator.
Constitutive relationship of MSMA In civil engineering structural vibration control, active control is the focus of research contents.
So, in order to product efficient MSMA actuators, the magnetic properties of MSMA must to be further researched, especially in civil engineering structure vibration control.
MSMA actuator in civil engineering structure vibration control is much more perplexing than in other fields.
Summary As functional materials, MSMA has the broad application in civil engineering structure vibration control, MSMA vibration controller is expected to achieve the active control of structural vibration.

The research and its related activities integrated and coordinated multidisciplinaries, like the hydraulic engineering, civil engineering and other disciplines.
The aims should be fullfiled by the ecological landscape design theories and technique methods, hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, environment engineering and other disciplines, to enhance the comprehensive control of soil and water conservation situation together.
Engineering design contents.
Water supply engineering, which is water supply system and related water conservation project in scenery.
Conclusions It is difficult to conduct the ecological landscape projects on the hill and gully regions of Loess Plateau, because it needs great research and analysis works, and has to combine the environment engineering, civil engineering, hydraulic engineering together to complete.
