Experimental The milling of SiCp/Al composites were performed on a milling machine center.
The SiCp/Al composites have Vf =45 % SiC reinforcements with an average size of 3um.
The microstructure of SiCp/Al composites used is shown in Fig.1.
Fig.3.b) shows that the percentage of Al, Si and O element is higher than the matrix.

Oyarzo-vera et al present seismic zonation for the selection of ground motion records for time history analysis of buildings in the North Island of New Zealand [12].
The earthquakes selected were; El Centro 1940-Imperial valley (USA), Hokkaido 2003 (Japan), Christchurch February 22, 2011, as given by the Resthaven station (New Zealand).
The two first ground motion records have been suggested by Oyarzo-vera et al [12]for site class D in the North Island.

Investigation of the wear mechanism of PCD milling tool for machining Al-Si alloy at cutting speed of 5000m/min (n=12732r/min) has been performed.
PCD is the perfect material than carbide for machining Al-Si alloy [4, 5].
Machined surface of cylinder head is shown in Fig.2, and the composition of Al-Si alloy material is shown in Table 2.It is notable from table 2 that the work piece is fabricated by Al-Si alloy with squeeze casting process and the weight fraction of Si is 11.39%.
From Fig.7, we can find that some other elements such as Fe, Al, Si which are available with high ratios in the structure of the work-piece exist in the material of place B.

Effect of Al3(Sc,Zr) Particles on Tensile Properties of an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Sc-Zr Alloy This paper is dedicated to Prof.
Introduction 7000 series Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys are extensively used in the aerospace industry because they possess the highest strength among all commercial Al alloys [1].
Zn Mg Cu Mn Fe Si Zr Sc Al 7.17 2.20 1.58 0.3 0.13 0.09 0.18 0.18 Balance Table 1.
The presence of the Ashby-Brown contrast for bright-field images of these particles, as well as the common locations of the (h,k,l)Al and (2h,2k,2l)L12 electron diffraction spots, confirmed that the particles were coherent with the Al matrix.
