Under the action of the external load, the rut depth of asphalt concrete materials can be illustrated by strength discriminant of asphalt pavement material.
The left of (1)is called the active shear stress, when the active  shear stress is less than the adhesive , material is in the viscoelastic deformation state, when the active shear stress is equal to the adhesive , materials is in the limit equilibrium state, when the active shear stress is greater than the adhesive , the material will appear plastic deformation.

A well-designed layout can promote utilization of manpower, facilitate the production process and decrease material handling cost, lead time and throughput time, while an inefficient layout design leads to inefficiency of manufacturing system by increasing the material handling cost and accumulated work in process.
Sangwan and Kodali, proposed a model that in addition to minimization of the material handling cost, maximized the closeness rates [2, 3].
