Introduction
Concrete is extensively used in protection engineering.
The UFRC as a more excellent material not only enriches the type of construction material, but can be applied in every field of civil engineering.
Overall, UFRC has spacious application prospect in civil engineering especially in protection engineering, and it worth to be researched further. 4.

Keywords: biaxial flexural beam, reinforced concrete, equivalent cross section, shear capacity
Abstract: Based on the analysis of reinforced concrete beams under biaxial bending, an equivalent
cross-section method is proposed to calculate the shear capacity of the beams.
Compared to the experimental data of shear failure in the literatures, the calculating results show that the equivalent cross-section method proposed in this paper is feasible, practical and convenient, which can be used as a reference in engineering design.
The suggested equivalent method can be provided as a reference for practical engineering design.

Keywords: expansive deformation; shrinkage-compensating steel fiber reinforced shotcrete; restrictive expansion ratio; self stress
Abstract.
Zhongwei Wu, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, pointed out[1] that the expansion-shrinkage deformation influenced the mechanical property of concrete directly.
An evaluation in all-sides should be put forward in further study and it would be significant in engineering.
So self stress was in the range of 0.2MPa~0.7MPa, and shrinkage-compensating steel fiber reinforced shotcrete could be adopted in engineering for impermeability and anti-cracking.
Therefore it could be adopted in engineering for impermeability and anti-cracking.
