But how can the reduction of energy and material consumption be made?
Additional advantages afforded by the use of PM for this application are weight reduction, added functional features, increased stiffness and lower pin deflection, precisely controlled splines, increased durability of the splines without secondary heat treatment and last but not least, significant cost savings.
The buzz idea is No data-no market.

According to the related data, every 10000 kWh of electricity-saving can reduce CO2 emissions by 9.5 tons [6].
So the annual national emission reduction of CO2 can be 1643.5 tons.
So the further research and extension of the invention can not only help us get new ideas for energy saving and emission reduction but it can also bring important significance for the construction of China's energy saving, environment friendly society.

Evolution for different sliding speed of the rolls at fixed relative reduction of the strip thickness .
2.
Change at the first revolution of the rolls on the sliding speed of the rolls for different values of relative reduction of the strip thickness . 4.
For example, to initialise the calculation process, working with the form, which is shown in Fig. 2, it is necessary to choose from appropriating lists of the name of materials of a roll and a strip, as well as enter the initial data in the text fields on the form.
It allows to investigate the dependences of the heat partition ratio and temperatures on such input parameters of the process as the time of rolling, the speed of rolls rotation, the relative reduction of the strip thickness, the capacity of a heat source due to plastic deformation of the strip material.

Comparison is based on the damage detection considering two structural damage cases, which are assumed with a reduction in the stiffness of individual bars in the truss.
Case 1 has 40% reduction in the stiffness in element 50, and case 2 has 40% and 50% reduction in elements 12 and 99, respectively.
Sensor placement for structural damage detection with modal data[J].

The simulation results for the optimized TCHADS shall be used for HADPDC as the concentration profiles, heat duties and performance data for both of them are identical.
CO2), any reduction of energy consumption will decrease the exhaustion of different kinds of fossil fuels and then reduce associated CO2 emissions.
As for HADPDC, the reductions in CO2 emissions from the combustion of coal, heavy fuel oil and natural gas are all about 42.17%.
The results show that the proposed HADPDC can achieve significant energy savings that can be translated into reductions of CO2 emissions.

From the data results of the above figures and table, we can get that MRE do not show the MR effect without current input.
By tuning the PID parameters from Fig 7 (a) and (b), we give the controller parameters with a guaranteed good performance of shock reduction.
Conclusions The problem of shock reduction for a new material MRE absorber systems with variable stiffness has been dealt with in this paper by proposing a PID controller.
The desired controller can be achieved by tuning PID parameters, which can guarantee the reduction of maximum impact acceleration.

Fig.2 EIS of bare gold electrode (a), GOx/PEDOT/Au (b) and PEDOT/Au(c)
The electrochemical properties of GOx/PEDOT modified electrode was further characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), which was performed in 2.5 mM [Fe(CN)6]3−/[Fe(CN)6]4− solution, and the data is shown in Fig. 2.
From Fig.6, the reduction peak decreased while the oxidation peak increased slightly when 2 mM glucose solution was added into 0.1 M PBS.
If FAD decreased the corresponding reduction current reduced on the surface of electrode, so the amount of glucose was added can be detected by the changing the reduction current.

By the comparison of simulation and experiment results, curves of simulation and experiment show good agreement, which indicates that the simulation model is correct and can be used to predict the performance of IAS systems.
1.Data Acquisition Instrument; 2.Pipe; 3. acceleration sensor;
4.
As shown in Fig.7, compared with traditional air suspension, peaks of IAS’s amplitude-frequency curves shift to left, which is caused by the reduction of suspension stiffness as the interconnection of air springs.
Fig.7 also shows that the two curves show the biggest difference at the natural frequency of sprung mass, which demonstrates that IAS can offer better vibration attenuation ability at this area, especially for car body roll angle, the relative reduction is almost 50%, indicating IAS can keep better leveling ability in strait line driving, thus offering more excellent ride comfort and driving stability.
IAS can better attenuate the vibration of various indexes at the resonance range of car body than traditional one, especially for the reduction of roll angle.

To overcome the limitation of activity reduction as used, this study deal with preparation of ZnO-SiO2 in composite form with laponite clay as a porous support so the photoactivity can be stabilized.
The results seems to be fit with the specific surface area, XRD and DRUV-Vis data in that in general the photocatalytic mechanism is driven by adsorption mechanism [3].
MB degradation is in line with COD reduction in all varied treatments representing the lower oxidation state of molecules in the treated solution.
COD reduction in photooxidation treatment by ZnO-SiO2 and ZnO-SiO2/LAP-600 Conclusion The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue can be conducted by using prepared ZnO-SiO2/LAP nanoparticles under UV light.
