Introduction Fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composites are attractive for use in a wide range of engineering fields because of their unique properties for retrofitting of structures.
Although a considerable amount of researches have been directed to investigate the application of FRP composites in civil engineering, the increasing use of FRP composites presents many challenges to researchers and structural engineers [1, 2].
Basalt fiber is one of the emerging and promising fibers developed for engineering strengthening application.

Construction monitoring of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge Congqi Li a, Wenjie Ge b,Dafu Cao c and Biyuan Wang d College of Civil Science and Engineering, Yangzhou University, Yangzhou 225127, China cemail: dfcao@yzu.edu.cn Keywords: prestressed concrete; continuous beam bridge; construction monitoring.
Introductions In recent 30 years, one notable achievement in civil engineering sector is the formation of the prestressed concrete bridge's section construction and the development of section construction technology.
They are widely accepted by engineering all over the world [1-7].Section construction of bridge structure began in the cantilever construction methods, the cantilever construction method can generally be divided into two forms: cantilever casting construction and cantilever erection construction.
How much the limits, has always been a problem concerned by the design engineer.
In this paper, deflection, temperature and strain of the bridge in construction engineering have been tested, which is based on the practical engineering. 2 Deflection Test 2.1Deflection Test Method Precision level measurements were used for the deflection of cantilever box girder observation.

Calculation Method of Mechanical Structure Complex Time-dependent Reliability with Blind Number Theory and Its Implementation Pengyan Guo1,a , Boqiang Shi1,b , Chengyong Xiao1,c and Yongsheng Deng2,d 1 Civil & Environment Engineering School, USTB Beijing, Beijing, China, 10083 2 College of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Northeastern University, Shenyang Liaoning, China, 110004 a guopengyan1@163.com, bshiboqiangustb@163.com, cxiao_cy2@163.com, d yshdeng@mail.neu.edu.cn Keywords: Blind number, Complex reliability, Time-dependent, Calculation method and program Abstract.
In engineering practice, the basic idea of random variable expression by blind number is to take the aggregate of probabilities on limited numbers of GNIs (great-narrow interval) as random variable's probability density distribution approximately [7].
In this way, experts' engineering practice experience can be brought into statistical analysis to reduce the data fitting error.
In engineering practice, because of certain and uncertain factors having influence on mechanical structure, the load and strength each are a time-dependent stochastic process.

The Effect of Utilization of Geogrids on Reducing the Required Thickness of Unpaved Roads Seyed Abbas Tabatabaei1,a, Ali Rahman2,b 1 Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, IRAN 2 Department of Civil Engineering, Ahvaz Branch, Islamic Azad University, Ahvaz, IRAN a tabatebaei-s@scu.ac.ir, b ali.rahman00@gmail.com Keywords: Geogrid, Pavement, Reinforcement, Subgrade, Cost Abstract: The inadequacy of many existing roads due to rapid growth in traffic volume provides a motivation for exploring alternatives to existing methods of constructing and rehabilitating roads.
The primary function of them is reinforcement, in which the geogrid mechanically improves the engineering properties of the pavement system.

Research on the Prevention of Shaft Lining Fracturing in the Special Strata Based on the Monitoring Information Pengli He1, 2, a Cuiran Liu 2, b 1School of Civil Engineering Xi’an University Architecture and Technology China 2Department of Civil Engineering Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology China ahepengli2003@126.com bliucuiran@163.com Key words: shaft lining fracturing, grouting reinforcement, vertical addition force, monitoring information Abstract: The method of cement grouting in surrounding soil can be used to fundamentally prevent and cure the shaft lining rapture by its dual effects of release and restraint vertical addition force.
According to the additional strain evolution of the shaft lining, the grouting parameters can be adjusted, and it can guide engineering and control grouting consolidation process.
After the project implementation of vertical shaft ground soil grouting strengthening, the total amount of grouting 6356.22m3, it showed that there was enough grout filling in the soil layer, and the grouting engineering basically achieved the desired effect.
