The operation of this' Office of Project Management" and all processes, tools and techniques of project management respects besides applicable standards and legislation also the Building Code of Business Conduct and Ethics PMI which guides the practitioners of the profession of project management construction engineers, installers, architects etc. and describes the expectations that they have of themselves and of others.
Since the foundations of a common language, experts in construction with a remarkable experience go hard verge of a European language or conversely, turn to recognized credentials and create around them proper environment in which young managers and engineers make the team, with a bases a managerial culture so necessary.

Research on temperature field and temperature stress of large span concrete cable-stayed bridge girder Peng Yan 1, a 1School of Civil Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu 610031, China aswjtu_yp@126.com Keywords: large span concrete cable-stayed bridge; bridge health monitoring; box girder; temperature action; temperature field; temperature stress Abstract: Bridge structure is influenced by external temperature inevitably, and hyper static structure, especially cable-stayed bridge, has complicated stress response on the effect of temperature action, which greatly increases the difficulty of structure stress analysis.
Research demonstrates that, temperature field affects various structure parameters considerably [1], besides, temperature stress which can achieve or exceed live load stress in large span box girder bridge is received highly attention by civil engineering [2-4].
In conclusion, measured temperature distribution in girder is different from that in Specification where the change of temperature along with longitudinal girder does not need to be considered in engineering [6,7].

Scale Model Test Research on Cable Supported Barrel Vault Structure Wentao Qiao1, a, Zhihua Chen2,b 1Department of Civil Engineering, Shijiazhuang Railway University, Shi Jiazhuang, 050043, China 2Department of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin, 300072, China atottyer@126.com, bcorresponding author: zhchen@tju.edu.cn Keywords: Cable Supported Barrel Vault Structure; Spatial Structure; Single-Layer Cylindrical Latticed Shell; Test Research Abstract: By setting cables and struts in place in the single-layer cylindrical latticed shell, a new-style prestressed spatial steel structure--cable supported barrel vault structure is constructed, the static load test research on which is carried out for the first time in this paper.
In engineering structure static test, the scale model is generally designed according to the similarity constant and similarity relation[10], so the size of the scale model with a scale of 1:15 is: the span is 3.333m, length is 3.587m, rise is 0.287m, sag is 0.047m.

The collected biomass ashes were sampled by quartering, as prescribed in the ABNT NBR 10007 (2004) specification, and stored in a sealed plastic container until fractionation and characterization at the Laboratory of Physicochemical Analysis of the Department of Environmental Engineering of the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) in the city of Lages.
The ashes were taken to the Laboratory of Construction Materials of the Department of Civil Engineering of UDESC in Joinville and sieved through Bertel 9.5 and 16 mm stainless steel sieves to fractions of particle size < 9 mm, 9-16 mm, and > 16 mm, according to the ABNT NBR 7211 (2009) specification.
At the Laboratory of Optical and Electron Microscopy of the Department of Postgraduate Studies in Materials Science and Engineering of UDESC in Joinville, the ashes were fractionated into coarse, medium and fine portions.
These procedures were carried out at the Laboratory of Physicochemical Analysis of the Department of Environmental Engineering of UDESC in Lages.
At the Laboratory of Construction Materials of the Department of Civil Engineering of UDESC in Joinville, mixture proportions were tried empirically from mixture rates suggested by local concrete suppliers, then modified according to characteristics of the materials being mixed (ashes, sand, water, and cement).
