The injection molding is one of critical process in the field of industry; it possesses high product rate, shorter formation cycle, low waste rate, smooth surface and ease of production of complicated shape formation; the thickness of SD memory card is small, but factors of insufficient filling during the process, large warp and residue stress, are the cause affecting the formation of SD memory card.
Thus, finite difference and numerical method should be used to solve the solution [2,5] Of course, as the polymer is visco-elastic properties fluid, it is optimal substance utilizing visco-elastic formula to solve the problem of fluidity.
Therefore, conducting simulation subject to mold temperature and plastic temperature, determine the major factor improving condition of shorted injection.
From the simulation formation conditions, it was learnt that there are numerous conditions affecting the shrinkage and warp in formation, such as mold design, product design, processing condition and the characteristic of the material itself and so on.

With the improvement of science and technology in China, and the application of modern professional, factory, mechanical and information means provides sufficient science and technology basis for the transformer design level.
Therefore, in order to make single judgment of every resonance transformer property, there must first of all be transformation processing, followed by the sequential blending of every resonance transformer property judgment.
In multi-resonance transformer information blending system, the set of resonance transformer is factor set.
Simplified processing of ideal transformer impedance transformation properties.
Analysis of factors affecting high-frequency transformer distributed capacity.

One of the main factors affecting porosity and mechanical properties of copper detonation coatings with aluminum base is the initial velocity of sprayed powder particles.
One of the most important controlled technological factors influencing detonation coating formation process of powdered materials is the fill factor of detonation unit chamber by gas mixture, which is a ratio of a detonating mixture to the total volume of the trunk and the mixing chamber.
Conclusion As a result, an experimental investigation into the influence of factors on the rate of detonation of throwing powder particles on the basis of copper and porosity of the working surface of combined contact CDD has been conducted.

While green resins often lack mechanical strength, nanoparticle reinforcement with carbon nanotubes has shown promise in enhancing binding properties.
The stability of CNT dispersion within resin matrices plays a critical role in optimizing these mechanical properties [36-40].
This exploratory study aimed to identify significant factors influencing consolidation outcomes to guide future investigations.

To achieve success, a crucial factor is the choice of an applicable model during all
the steps of this design procedure.
Mechanical structure design.
(a) Major mechanical structure (b) The first resonance mode of the mechanical structure Fig. 3 Characteristics of major mechanical structures for a feed drive system.
The value of tM directly affects the physical properties of the saddle.
During the integrated design process, the aim is not only to complete a final design, but also identify the performance-limiting factors of the design proposal and to choose satisfactory specifications for these factors.

In this paper the water absorption properties of polyethylene shrink tape were analyzed for long-distance pipeline.
The polyethylene shrink tape has many advantages, such as excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, anti-aging ability, good resistance to environmental stress resistance, excellent adhesion properties and convenience using.
Hot glue may be a major factor for affecting the water absorption of heat shrinking tape [7].To obtained accurate result, the high-temperature heat shrinkable tapes were chosen for the water absorption tests.
Therefore, hot glue significantly affects the water absorption of heat shrinkable tape.

We must ensure that the adhesive force between the coating and the substrate is high enough, or will lose the real meaning in the mechanical properties of the film
The bigger the range R shows that the factors on the influence of the test index are larger.
The excellent mechanical properties of the coating are found while Ti0.33Al0.67N target current is 60A, the bias voltage 150V and the N2 partial pressure 5.0×10-1Pa.
Thickness is one of important decision factors to the preferred orientation of the thin film.
When the film affected by external forces, membrane layer is very easy to fall off if film thickness is too thin.

Polymerization efficiency is one of the most important variable which affect the bulk materials properties [9].
However, in this study, we focus on the adhesive paste only in order to minimize factors and steps that can affect the elution.
One of the most important factors that affect elution is polymerization [10].
The polymer become softening and weakening the polymer network and resulted in leachable moieties and degrade the mechanical properties [31-32].

The result indicated that the feed is the dominant factor on surface roughness followed by nose radius.
They found that feed is the most significant factor affecting surface finish and cutting speed has very little influence for both ceramic and CBN cutting tool.
They determined that surfaces produced by wiper tools contained blunt peaks with distinctly smaller slopes resulting in better bearing properties.
Machining parameters and their levels Machining parameters Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Cutting speed (vc, m/min) 100 150 200 Feed (f, mm/rev) 0.1 0.2 0.3 Nose radius (r, mm) 0.4 0.8 1.2 ANOVA of Experimental Results The experimental results of surface roughness were analyzed with ANOVA, which was used for identifying the factors significantly affecting the performance measures.
At the same time, it can also be found that the cutting parameter mostly affecting surface roughness is the feed by comparing the three figures.
