Introduction As an active safety device, anti-locked braking system of vehicles can prevent wheels from locking during the process of braking, avoid rear wheels side-slipping, prevent front wheels from losing steering ability and increase the utilization of ground adhesion coefficient, then the braking stability and maneuverability of vehicles are improved.

Preventive maintenance and structural safety of large structures such as bridges and buildings may be guaranteed by application of structural health monitoring systems.
Furthermore the integrity of the columns at the lower floors is more important for structural safety than that of the other members.

Trozzi, Vaccaro, etc, introduced a methodology to estimate air pollutants emissions from maritime traffic in ports in 1995. it is based upon the knowledge of local maritime traffic features and of some specific parameters of the ships involved, like specific fuel consumption and gross capacity.
Qingyan Fu, Yan Shen et al used the method based on ship activities, draws the air pollutants emission inventory of Port of Los Angeles and Port of Hong Kong, studied the emissions from the ships in Shanghai International Port.

Windshield wiper is one of the important safety measures in automobile, it can help the driver has a clear field of vision in the case of rain.
While most of cars use the traditional wiper, distract the diver’s attention when a rainy day, which may directly lead to the occurrence of traffic accident [1-2].

Singapore can meet international target on greenhouse gas without a massive shift in its citizens’ lifestyle.
A number of other initiatives were introduced, including bus lanes, bus priority at signalized intersections for speedier bus travel, many passenger amenities at bus stops, upgrading of commuter facilities (e.g., park and ride), integration of property developments with transport nodes to increase convenience to commuters and implementation of traffic schemes and capacity expansion projects to improve mixed traffic flow and road safety.
However, electronic road pricing is regarded as the most flexible, effective, and efficient measure in managing the density of traffic[5].
The result is water that meet the highest international water quality standards[7].

In addition, may according to the actual engineering added to the water hammer eliminator, reducing energy dissipation valve, air tank and safety relief valve. 3 Calculating methods of water hammer of cavities collapsing 3.1 Calculation of vapor-water hammer of cavities collapsing.
If Hi≤Zi-Ha+Hv so Hi=Zi-Ha+Hv, (section i remain vaporization pressure); in the determined Hi, using compatible equation to calculate the period at the end of section upstream of Q_in[i] and downstream into the traffic flow Q_out[i] [5,6]
After repeated experiments, determine the water hammer protection scheme that use two-way surge tower to reduce pressure in pipeline’s, use constant speed buffer air valve to exhaust gas and injection gas, at the same time, controls the water flow speed, in this way can ensure the pipeline system safety.

Principles applied on layout solutions are as follows [1]: ● to create conditions for trouble-free and reliable operation and production running, ● to respect the character of production, ● to create conditions for flexible changes, ● to minimize installation, uninstallation and removal costs, ● to minimize traffic flows and transport performances, ● to optimize internal transport networks, ● to optimize placement of partial areas within the base area, ● to avoid any potential collisions in material flow between the individual partial areas, ● to conduct internal optimization within individual partial areas.
This decision will further ensure smoother traffic.
