Social and economic development led to the increase of passenger traffic, now, the number of heavy vehicles has been increasing, which tests the capacity of the road, a lot of road surface has serious rut.
Rut on the road not only looks unsightly, but also jeopardizes traffic safety seriously, if rainfall occurs, the water or snow stays in the rut.
This article selects AAPA rutting test methods, which is commonly used currently in the international context, by which we further explore anti pressure ability change of mixture after polyacrylonitrile fiber is added to asphalt.

Introduction
Large busy airdrome undertakes lots of aircraft traffic ever day.
The Convention on International Civil Aviation Annex14 advice: with the 45m distance, roughness is allowable with2.5cm~3.0cm deviation[6].The accurate maximum deviation can’t be provided, for its variability with aircraft type and velocity.
In order to guarantee the safety of aircraft operation on the pavement, roughness deviation should not be larger than 4cm, which is consistent with the proposed value of The Convention on International Civil Aviation Annex14.

With the increase of tourist
influx to the tower and of traffic flow nearby, plus possible future tunneling work below, a permanent
monitoring system was needed to provide the owner with a quantitative assessment of the tower
stability.
The estimated probability of a trend in joint deformation, based on data available now, is very close to zero, so there is no special concern for the safety of the tower nor for the integrity of the frescos.

The bridge is cross - harbour traffic cluster project which is made up of tunnel, island, bridge.
It is also one of the highest projects in Chinese history of traffic construction technology and the largest marine environmental engineering concrete structures.
It has important theoretical and engineering application value that this system gathered valuable data and experience for concrete structures’ health and safety monitoring in China complex marine environment.

So the road structure layers always appear early part damage: such as push motion, hug wrap, scrub board etc early damages, not only affecting the pavement normal using but also bringing safety serious hidden trouble to the vehicles.
