Finite Element Analysis of Drive Axle Housing of a Special Vehicle Ma cong-bing, Wu Yong-hai Faculty of Traffic Engineering, Huaiyin Institute of Technology Huai’an, 223003, china E-mail: wuchinese@tom.com Keywords: Special Vehicles; Drive Axle Housing; Strength; FEA.
In addition, the safety factor should be considered appropriately.
It can be seen from the VonMises stress under various work conditions that drive axle housing has not much safety margin, which should be noted in the designing and using of the axle housing.

So the road structure layers always appear early part damage: such as push motion, hug wrap, scrub board etc early damages, not only affecting the pavement normal using but also bringing safety serious hidden trouble to the vehicles.
In addition, this paper uses international units.

For instance, in cities, bus system enjoys priority in traffic, all urban even rural roads have all been planned and implemented bicycle lanes to guarantee travel needs of cycling.
Under the guidance of “Simplicity, integration” service concept, and in coordination with the Association of Public Transportation, except national railway, Germany achieves “three ones” service to S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram, bus in some areas, namely “one ticket pass, one traffic schedule and one price”.
The highway construction is mainly based on the basic demands of integrating topography, adapting to the environment and meeting driving safety.

It has many advantages: simple structure, weight of 10% reduced and fuel of 1%~2% saved; good heat shrinkable and running safety.
So heat can be emitted out of hub according to clear up friction between inner and outer tyres, to avoid bad traffic accident by reducing temperature.
It is so necessary to achieve the tubeless steel wheel and decrease the rate of traffic accident.

In order to preserve traffic safety and passenger comfort, maintenance and rehabilitation costs of rail tracks are substantial and millions of dollars are annually spent around the world in these activities due to problems related with ballast degradation under cyclic loading.
DEM has been used to study on the railway ballast track subjected to traffic loading process, and simulation with EDEM about the cyclic loading effects to the railway ballast was carried out in this paper.

Introduction As the advantages of functionality and applicability subject to the recent social requirement, concrete structure, steel structure or the component of those play an important role in the fields of civil engineering and traffic construction.
It imply that the glubam beams can perfectly bearing the 2 million cycle loading which is equal to the whole life traffic flow of 50 years.
