Materials containing adequate proportions of aluminosilicates are suitable precursors for synthesis of geopolymers.
This include natural mineral based material such as metakaolin sourced from calcined kaolin, industrial waste materials mainly of Fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag and a mixture of both [4].
The fine aggregate to binder ratio was 3.0 and the materials were mixed for 10min to obtain a thorough mixed mortar cast into 50mm cube moulds.
Neuroth: Submitted to Journal of Construction and Building Materials (2010) [2] M.
Nikraz: Submitted to ARPN Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences (2012) [6] K.

During the injection process, the density of materials varies with temperature and pressure, and with the leakage of materials , the actual maximum injection volume (nominal injection volume) can be calculated by Eq. 2
Because of good liquidity of the materials, the injection pressure should reach 70~100.
Combined with the characteristics of self-healing composite gear mould, the conical main runner is located in base plate of fixed mould for the flow of melting materials and the removal of the condensed materials.

Introduction
The porosities, which alleviate or eliminate stress convergence and shield effect, of porous titanium
biomedical materials make its strength and elastic moduli decrease which make porous titanium has
longer stress flat roof [1].
But porous titanium is inert materials which has low adhesion strength with bone.

Thermal stress and mechanical properties of material can reduce natural frequencies;the flutter boundary will also change as changing of structural normal modes.
