The electropolishing method removes material based on electrolysis process, in which material removal is done through electrical current which trigger material removal by chemical reactions.
Electropolishing is a safe and environmental friendly process for polishing and machining of metallic materials, since it uses non-toxic chemical solution and requires small energy.

Abstract:
We present a novel method to fabricate uniform GaN nanocone arrays (GNA) using Nickel-nanoisland masks.
With the rapid progress in semiconductor process technology, GaN nanostructured materials with various morphologies have been successfully synthesized via different routines.
Contrary to the bottom-up synthesis, top-down etching process is an alternate way to achieve nanorod structures by removing the constituent elements from the original materials.

In this study, the PANI / PP composite conductive fiber filler has a larger L/D (Length/Diameter)ratio ,better flexibility, more corrosion resistance, and lower cost compared to the traditional conductive materials such as graphite, carbon black, carbon fiber, steel fiber and so on.
Experimental Experiment materials.
Fig.2 The effect of fiber content to conductivity of asphalt mixture Fig.3 seepage curve diagram The above-mentioned classical percolation theory was based on the three-dimensional model, combined with the two-phase composite materials, so it can’t be used as a general rules.
But it also contained some other multi-phase materials such as coarse aggregate, slag and asphalt, and conductive fibers.

Conclusions
The steel-fiber reactive powder concrete shows high strength and superior performance in terms of anti-explosion capability when compared to reinforced concrete, the compression coefficient of RPC with 0.5% steel fibres under contact explosion is obtained as 0.041 by model tests , it has about 3 times anti-explosion capability compared to C30 reinforced concrete.

Bamboo-steel composite structure contains all kinds of composite structural members, widen the applied range of bamboo and implement the diversification of component materials and forms in building structures.
If combine the two materials reasonably, can give full play to its function, and to a certain extent to save energy, making a building structure light and environmentally friendly.
Therefore, thermal insulating and soundproof materials such as EPS particle and pipelines such as electrical wire can be placed in the wall.
The experimental results indicate that the composite beams can form an excellent composite crosssection and have a good whole work performance, which is an effective way to utilize the materials.
