In previous works, the effects of parameters of the needling process, the amount of needling, needle penetration, and needle arrangement, on the structure and properties of needled fabrics are discussed.
Results and Discussion The control factors and their level values must be determined prior to experiments.
This study selected the major processing parameters that affect the control factors of needlepunched nonwoven fabrics process, including the swing rate of the cross-lapper machine, the delivery rate of the cross-lapper machine, the depth of needle penetration, and the punch density.
The strength of the needlepunched nonwoven fabrics is a key factor affecting its applications.
The results of response table showed that the punch density was the significant factor affecting the tear strength of MD/TD and tensile strength of MD/TD of the needlepunched nonwoven fabrics.

Ultrasonic dispersion was employed to take the place of traditional mechanical stir.
Coupling agent owns structures of the two properties: one part of the groups in molecular can react to the functional group on the surface of inorganic particles bonded with each other chemically tightly; the other part can react to organic polymer or wind it physically, which forms a special molecular bridge between inorganic particles and organic polymer[5-6].
Then the two materials with totally different property can be connected and the performance of composite is improved.

The shape of the object also affects its handling properties [19].
According to Yuan and Kuo [19], ball shaped objects have better handling properties compared to oval shaped and cylindrical shaped objects because ball shaped objects provide natural handling properties for the human hand.
Sometimes, a change in biomechanical factors such as pinch techniques, pinch width and wrist angles, can affect pinch strength [21].

In addition to the physical properties of its material, the wire diameter (d), loop diameter (D), number of loops (Na) and the distance between two consecutive loops (P) are the parameters that affect the behavior of spring.[3] The solid modeling of AISI 9255 helical coil spring is made in Pro-E Wildfire 5.0 software which is as shown in Fig.1.
Following are the input data that needs to be given to the preprocessor [1] Geometry and material properties The material properties of the spring under consideration are given in the table 1.
Spring is made up of material AISI 9255 with squares and grounded ends Table 1- Material Properties [4] Modulus of elasticity E 206E3 [MPa] Poisson’s ratio .28 Shear modulus G 78.45E3 [Mpa] The detail specifications of the spring are given in the table 2.
For the known value of yield stress the failure of the spring can be calculated and so the factor of safety.

Tin increase the tensile strength and hardness of steel and reduce the impact property, which affects the processability of mild steel and is also one of the reasons causing embrittlement.
One of the main factors affecting hysteresis loss is the grain size and the optimum size is in the range of 100-150μm.
Even the Cr-containing cast iron is used for advanced nuclear reaction materials thanks to the excellent properties.
However the formation of sigma phase will damage the properties as ductility and impact toughness.
Adding tin will improve the cutting performance, and the mechanical property of tin-containing steel is equivalent to that of lead based cutting steel.

Geological hazards along the highway with Disaster in the rate, the complexity of the causes of the disaster , affecting a wide range, breaking strength and other characteristics of road transport caused great adversely affected.
Using aqueducts , tunnels, over water, roads, culverts, bridges and other measures across landslides. When using the bridge across the debris flow -prone areas need to focus on issues to consider erosion and siltation problems. When the bridge aperture determines not only the flow of factors to consider , but also need to consider the array of flow characteristics , and headroom allows the aperture to ensure unimpeded by mudslides .Bridge sites need to choose a stable and river straight in bed at , try and riverbed vertical slope must not be set at the point of the bridge riverbed .Secondly, the platoon guide .
Landslide disaster prevention.Improve the nature of the sliding surface debris, mechanical balance and drainage is a common highway landslide disaster prevention measures .In the actual control, the need for a reasonable choice of appropriate control measures in accordance with the nature of the landslide , causes and laws and so on.First, to improve the properties of the sliding surface debris .

Therefore, this ratio should be considered in processes where recrystallization, which also affects other properties of the alloy, is not desired.
The examination of the variation in mechanical properties during processing is very important.
In terms of mechanical properties, grain coarsening is undesirable in such an alloy.
For example, temperature is a factor affecting the activation energy.
