The research may provide a good reference for engineers to reasonably design the frame shear-wall structure.
Therefore, the design of shear-walls is the key technology of frame shear-wall structure.
This not only increases the cost of upper structure materials, but also brings difficulties of foundation design.
In addition, there is a minimum threshold of shear force subjected by frame structure, material consumption of frame structure will no longer reduced while the shear-walls increase.

MatWeb is an online materials information resource which provides a searchable database of material data sheets and the database include property information on thermoplastic, metal, ceramics, and other engineering material [1].

Abstract.Cost control is an important measure to improve economic benefit of enterprises, while the theory of value engineering (VE) is the best method to coordinate improving product performance with reducing the cost of production.
The theory of value engineering is innovatively applied to the study of cost control of the marine diesel, the function analysis system technique graphical method (FAST) is used to analyze the function of the marine diesel to screen out 16 key components which are the research elements of Value Engineer.
Many scholars have discussed the application of value engineering in product design, cost control etc.
So we could try to adopt aluminum alloy material to replace present casting structure.
Fourth, cylinder sleeve often adopts ferrous alloy casting material.

Abstract. municipal Engineering in urban areas, has the characteristics of strong liquidity, process by natural climate, the construction conditions change,variable factors, while it also related to the requirements of government departments administrative instruction, which leads to the engineering change often occurs, that affect the project investment.
For example,municipal project owners through false engineering change the key construction funds or by engineering change means to expand the scale of construction and improve construction standards.
The two is in the cost aspect, such as the project site material supply shortage, need to ensure smooth implementation of the project of the variety of materials substitution, resulting in design changes.
Conclusion The engineering change is the key factor to affet the cost of the municipal enginering, so enhancement of management and controlling for engineering project change will be significant for realizing the municipal engineering investment.
