The recovery heat treatment after the hot isostatic pressing can further improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material.
Among them, laser cladding technology is used to stack powder or wire layer by layer in the area to be repaired, and the geometric dimension and mechanical properties of the parts can be restored without damaging the performance of the parts.
Wang et al. [6] of the plasma Dynamics Laboratory of Air Force Engineering University studied the effects of laser repair and plasma arc repair on the microstructure and mechanical properties.

The performance of spindle system of machine tools directly affects the characters of machine tools.
The static and dynamic stiffness of spindle system is one of the main factors that affect the machining precision of machine tools and the performance analysis of spindle system occupies an important position in the design of machine tools.
Since the products of NC machine tools are developing toward high precision, high rigidity and high speed and the demand on the dynamics properties of spindle system is becoming high increasingly, the research on statics and dynamics properties and structure optimization for the spindle system becomes more and more important.
In this study, SSCK63-400-typed NC machine lathe developed by Shenyang machine tools co., ltd is selected as the research object, the finite element method is used to analyze the statics and dynamics properties of spindle system, the weaknesses of existing design is investigated and the optimization design method is used to optimize the structures of spindle component so as to improve the properties and design level of NC machine tools.
Before solving, data check should be taken including unification of units, unit types and options, parameters of material properties.

Investigation of synchronization properties of PM machines with fractional slot concentrated windings Georgy B.
The present work investigates the effect of three parameters (load torque, the total moment of inertia of the motor loaded and the moment (phase) of power-up) on the synchronization properties of the machine.
The key factors for self-start of the machine are the moment of inertia of the system "motor- load", the moment of mechanical resistance and the moment of power-up.
In other words, the mechanical torque on the motor shaft is described by the function Mω=β∙ω2 (2) The coefficient β ranged from 4·10-4 to 3·10-3 Nм·s2, that corresponds to the parameters of commercial fan wheels designed for ventilation.
The design of the motor has a potential for reducing the moment of inertia that can positively affect the self-starting possibilities.

However, keep in mind that the oxidation stability of biodiesel is affected by various factors, such as alkyl ester composition, the presence of antioxidants, and storage conditions [28].
However, there are other factors such as unsaturated fatty acid content that also need to be considered.

Exit burr strongly affect product quality during assembly and it is difficult to remove them easily.
Materials and Methods In the present work Al6061 alloy is used as the matrix material for the fabrication of Al6061/SiCp composite, which. possesses superior mechanical properties and low cost.
Physical and mechanical properties of the developed Al6061/SiCp composite depend on the microstructure, distribution of SiCp and its bonding with the matrix material.
Ø Increase in feed increases Fz and Bh in drilling Al6061 and Al6061/SiCp composite due to the hardness and ductility properties.

The result indicated that the thermal expansion coefficient was the primary factor which could affect the tensile stress of ceramic extrusion die.
The ceramics especially the high-performance nano-ceramic[1,2] have high hardness, good abrasion resistance, high chemical stability and high temperature mechanical properties[3] etc and have already widely applied in the die material manufacture now.
As the flexural strength of ZrO2/TiB2/Al2O3 ceramic mould materail is 1055Mpa, its admissible stress is only 300Mpa while the safty factor is 3.5[6].

Investigation Of Acicular Ferrite Structure And Properties Of C-Mn-Al-Ti-N Steels O.
This can be harmful to mechanical properties for cleavage cracks can propagate readily across the packets [1].
Compare properties of acicular ferrite obtained in a C-Mn-Al-Ti-N steel with properties of other steels with similar alloying system.
Formation of thin layer of inert allotriomorphic ferrite on the austenite grain surfaces leads to decreasing of mechanical properties since cracks can propagate easily through allotriomorphic ferrite network.

The results of the experiment show that: in the warm tension tests of the dual-phase steel, both the dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization affect the grain size, and the influence of dynamic recrystallization is stronger.
So the grain size is one of the important factors which can affect deformation.
Conclusion The following conclusions may be drawn: (1) In the dual-phase steel warm tension tests, both dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization affect the grain size, and the influence of dynamic recrystallization is stronger
