Eighteen experiments (L18) with five factors (cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut, volume of particle reinforcement, and type of coated insert) were performed based on Taguchi designs of the experiment method.
The solidified AlSi/AlN metal matrix composite passed through a heat treatment process to increase the mechanical properties; strength and hardness.
Also, the mean values of the S/N ratio of the five control factors at each level are shown in Figures 2 and 3.
From the experiment, it has been observed that the percentage of reinforcement and type of coating are the most significant factors contributing to the minimum surface roughness.
Based on ANOVA, it has been shown that the percentage of reinforcement, type of coating, and depth of cut are the most significant factors contributing to the minimum surface roughness, while the percentage of reinforcement, cutting speed and feed rate are the main significant factors contributing to the low cutting force. 3.

The performance of spindle system of machine tools directly affects the characters of machine tools.
The static and dynamic stiffness of spindle system is one of the main factors that affect the machining precision of machine tools and the performance analysis of spindle system occupies an important position in the design of machine tools.
Since the products of NC machine tools are developing toward high precision, high rigidity and high speed and the demand on the dynamics properties of spindle system is becoming high increasingly, the research on statics and dynamics properties and structure optimization for the spindle system becomes more and more important.
In this study, SSCK63-400-typed NC machine lathe developed by Shenyang machine tools co., ltd is selected as the research object, the finite element method is used to analyze the statics and dynamics properties of spindle system, the weaknesses of existing design is investigated and the optimization design method is used to optimize the structures of spindle component so as to improve the properties and design level of NC machine tools.
Before solving, data check should be taken including unification of units, unit types and options, parameters of material properties.

The paper had studied the property of corrosion resistance of AlCoCrTiNiCu_x high-entropy alloys by using the way of loss-weight.
Generally, there are a number of factors that could affect the corrosion resistance of metal material, in addition to the components of the materials, the factors of the medium in the environment, the temperature, the relative motion between the metal material and the surrounding medium and so on also have important relation[1-4].
The weight-loss method has been used to determine the corrosion resistance property of the AlCoCrTiNiCu_x high entropy alloy, Because of its simple operation, the test results are sensitive and effective, and the method is also very extensive.
The corrosion resistance mechanism of AlCoCrTiNiCu_x high entropy alloy in the mixed corrosion solution of 1 mol/L NaCl and 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 is as same as in the 1 mol/L NaCl solution and H2SO4 solution, which are all affected by the Cr, Ni, Ti and Cu elements.

There has been a growing demand to meet the severe requirements of the design engineers for fabricating thinner section castings with excellent mechanical properties [1].
Hence, one of the prime factors to be taken into account in foundry practices of thin section castings is the fluidity and a thorough knowledge about the various factors influencing it is also essential [4].
The factors determining fluidity can be basically divided into (i) metallurgical variables, such as composition, superheat, latent heat, surface tension, viscosity and mode of solidification and (ii) mold/casting variables, such as part configuration, cooling rate, degree of super heat, mold material and its surface characteristics [5].
Cr has been reported as a destructive impurity for mechanical properties of Al-Si alloys [8].
The fluidity of the melt is affected by both the morphology and volume percentage of intermetallics.

Most hydraulic components used mineral oil as the pressure component cannot be used for water hydraulic application because the properties of water significantly different with mineral oil.
The density of water is higher than mineral oil and the result of those properties will be increases pressure losses and dynamics effect on control valve.
Most of system analysis based on the properties of water that will be effect in water hydraulic.
The designations were depended on the tank volume, position and pump suction pressure to reduce the effect of water properties limitation.

Rare Earth is made into antibacterial agent for the reason of its good antibacterial properties thus can be mixed into kinds of coating, which not only can remain original characteristics of coating, but also entrust it good antibacterial properties[3].
Meanwhile, La3+ which attached to the surfaces of ZnO also had strong antibacterial activities, several factors working together to improve the antibacterial properties of La3+/ZnO composite antibacterial agent[7-8].

The reason was that: on one hand composite antibacterial power improved mechanical properties of the coating, on the other hand there was a small size effect of composite antibacterial agent, it could cause impermeability[9] to form compact “coating”, decreased the surface tension of coatings[10], formed the interface with the performances of oil and water resistance, whose performances of water resistance and alkali resistance could be improved.
Conclusions (1) Rare Earth La3+/ZnO composite antibacterial agent was made by the combination Nano-ZnO and LaCl3 whose antibacterial properties were better than Nano-ZnO and Rare Earth LaCl3 themselves, that is, Nano-ZnO whose photocatalysis and antibacterial properties could be significantly improved by doping La3+, with the obvious coordination function
