Therefore a structural engineer decided that the floor in this part of the building (around 550 m2), which was most damaged by the fire, will be completely removed and replaced with a completely new concrete slab designed for the new conditions of use.

ABSTRACT: Wenchuan earthquake of May 12, 2008 in Sichuan province is most destructive, the most widely spread, the most difficultly to disaster relief in recent decades in China.
This article describes the damage of housing, roads, bridges and other engineering structures and landslides mudslides, dammed lakes and other geological hazards triggered by earthquakes; Outlines the effort of the rescue operation, including personnel search and rescue, road rehabilitation, caring for the wounded, people placement and soon; Summarizes the reconstruction strategies and policies, including with Chinese characteristics” counterpart support” reconstruction mode which means a province to help a county.
Damage of hydropower engineering Wenchuan earthquake hit 860 large and medium hydropower projects although some damage, but not a break, did not constitute a threat to downstream areas.
Recovery to normal condition of affected region The initial stage after the earthquake, heavy disaster areas of social production and living a virtual standstill, significant damage to social order, to step up to the normal promotion of social transformation, take some measures: the civil service injuries Beichuan country, Mianzhu country and others quickly sending cadres sent from the field work, pay close attention to restoration of the county and township government functions.

Abstract.
The method used in this paper may open a new approach for simulating and analyzing the mechanical performance in engineering practice and the result we got may provide some theory basis for the application of Multi-ribbed slab frame structure.
It is difficult to accurate analysis on the stress status of the composite wall and the interaction between the embedded objects and the multi-ribbed slab frame in elastic stage as well as other effects of various factors in engineering practice[3, 4].
The results suggest that not only the method used in this paper may open a new approach for simulating and analyzing the mechanical performance in engineering practice but also the result were got to provide some theory basis for the application of Multi-Ribbed Slab Structure.
