Direct Adjustment Method
The reducer base is adjusted base on the reference point of electromagnetic clutch, it is simple and convenient, but the result is affected by many uncertain factors, such as:
A.
It has been affected by the deformation of clutch which lead to the end face jumpiness rate up to 0.6mm~0.8mm.
Because of the more weight clutches (up to 208 kg), the measuring and adjusting accuracy will be affected.

Introduction
As a kind of high elastic material, rubber has some unique properties of wear resistance and oil resistance.
For example, typically used are metal rotor and rubber stator in the submersible screw pump, and rubber thrust bearing of turbo drill and metal screw with rubber bushing in screw multiphase pump [1] .Because the rubber materials are prone to degumming, tearing or melting in the actual conditions, the practical performance of rubber material is greatly reduced, thus affecting the service life of this kind of equipment.
Wear behavior of rubber in this stage will directly affect the service life of the screw pump.
Experimental results and analyses The friction and wear properties of the rubber under constant load conditions Figure 2 shows the NBR and FPM's wear curve under the condition of constant load 100N along with the rotational speed change.
The friction coefficient is the comprehensive properties of friction pair system, which is typically influenced by normal factors load, rotating speed, temperature and surface layer physical properties [4].

A favorable joint had been obtained by EBW for AZ61 magnesium
alloy, in which heat affected zone was not evident, the fusion zone (FZ) consisted of fine-equiaxed
grain.
This non-linear transient thermal analysis requires a series of parameters for the thermo-physical properties of materials, such as heat conductivity λ (W·m -1·°C-1), convective heat transfer coefficient β(W·m-2·°C-1), density ρ( kg·m-3), specific heat capacity C (J·kg -1·°C-1), melting point (°C) and initial temperature of welding parts (°C).
The distribution of its heat flow density is illustrated as follows: )] (3exp[ 36 ),,( 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2/3 2 2 c y b z a x abc Qf zyxq ++−× = π (2) Where a, b, c1 and c2 is heat source shape parameters that can be different and is independent from each other; Q is heat input power, f1 and f2 are energy distribution factors for the first and second ellipsoid heat sources, f1+f2=2.
Point 2 is in the heat affected zone (HAZ) at a temperature of 510°C approximately.

The aim of this study was to investigate the firing test properties of NiCr alloy thin film bridge electro-initiators(detonators).
The purpose of the test is to explore how the process parameters of the thin film bridge detonator such as bridge shape, resistance etc. influence the firing properties of the electro-detonators and verify the firing properties with the firing test equipments.
Therefore, it is concluded that the bridge is the dominant factor influencing firing time. The different bridge connector shape in this sample group indicates the contact type between the two polars of the thin film bridge and the detonator GMS (pin and ring), and this factor does not affect the bridge width, thickness and length unless ectopic migration occurs in the bridge plating; in addition, it l w Substrate Thin film bridge Pin Ring should be noted that in the article the bridge area indicates the bridge shape area, the area of length x width, with the actual heating area ,which is relevant to the bridge thickness, being the total of the six side cross-sectional areas, and this applies to the next groups unless otherwise specified.
Fig.7 Function time vs. resistance Fig.8 The picture of GMS firing test Conclusion The research preliminarily verifies that the detonator (1.1~1.4Ω) firing time is about 180~200μs and that the shortest firing time is 120μs (3.165Ω).After the comparative study of the test, the factor influencing "firing function time" may be verified and deduced, and besides the "electronic heat power effect" and "resistance", it is also found and verified in the test that "bridge area" is the dominant factor influencing "firing function time" with the far greater influence than the "resistance" factor because of the "surface area heat dissipation effect" of the thin film.

Introduction
The fracture toughness is a property of major interest for the producers of pipe line steels.
Although the main factors affecting the toughness are well known there is still lack of information about the anisotropy of the toughness properties in the hot rolled plates.
To evaluate the distribution of the pearlite the image quality (IQ) factor of the EBSD measurement was explored.
Fig. 5 displays the changes in the IQ factor and the confidence index along a line that crosses different structural elements in the OIM scan.

However, the flammability of Li fiber and polyester and the application of composite materials are limited, so special resistance properties are needed.
Compared with other materials, the advantages of β-CD and APP to jute / PP composites are studied, which are strong flame retardancy, good mechanical properties, thermal stability and surface morphology; the experimental method is to use surface dust removal method, and the effect of flame retardant on the mechanical properties of jute / PP composites is obtained through research.
Finally, the experimental results show that the method of adding flame-retardant layer in the composite is very effective in heat transfer isolation, and the method is used on the basis of the mechanical properties of the materials.

In recent years, it has been reported that dispersion of fine ceramic particles or nano-particles into thermoelectric materials can improve the Z value by decreasing the lattice thermal conductivity without adversely affecting the electrical conductivity [9-13].
The thermoelectric properties were measured in the temperature range from 77 K to 300 K.

As a consequence, the mechanical [10,11] and even the aesthetic properties [12] of Y-TZPs are affected.
The sintering condition is a predominant factor influencing both the mechanical properties and LTD behaviour of 3Y-TZPs.However, the mechanism was not well studied and different manufacturers produce dental 3Y-TZP materials at different sintering conditions.
However, more works needed on concluding the ageing mechanism and other determining factors of ageing in 3Y-TZP ceramics.

Due to the variety of the tasks solved by modern construction, the properties of Portland cement are far from optimal in all cases.
One of the ways of deep modification is to obtain the composite binders on its basis, the properties of which largely depend on the mineral additive.
In addition, the works in which the combined effect of organic and mineral additives on the properties of concrete has been studied, are known [22].
Additional confirmation of this can serve as Portland cement, which differs insignificantly in its technological properties from the pure Portland cement.
