Biomass gasification has potential in power generation, because produces versatile fuel, which can totally or partially replace the conventional fossil fuels. [6]. 3.1.1 Process variables The system operating conditions determines the physicochemical properties of the gas mixture obtained, therefore, it is important verifying each of the variables affecting the process: temperature, pressure, gasification agent and raw materials. 3.1.2 Gasification equipment The gasification equipment developed was a countercurrent fixed bed.
Additionally, it was quantified H2, CO, O2, N2, and CO2 by thermal conductivity detector (TDC) and CH4, C2H6, C2H4 by a flame ionization detector (FID). 4.2 Statistical Analysis The experiment was performed using a 2k factorial design with two levels and 4 factors.
To evaluate the effect of particle size, it was used treatment III, where factors like particle diameter (mesh 100), bed height (No.2) and gasification agent (air) remain constant.

Introduction With excellent physical properties of high specific stiffness, specific strength, elastic modulus and low thermal expansion coefficient, SiCp/Al composites are widely used in the aerospace, military, precision instrument, electronics and automobile industry.
Because Al matrix and SiC reinforcement in SiCp/Al composites have different properties, traditional grinding technology is difficult to satisfy the precision and ultra-precision of SiCp/Al composites machining requirements.
After the processing, testing and observing the surface with the aid of TR300 surface roughness measuring instrument and S-3400 N Ⅱ scanning electron microscope respectively. 2.2 Grinding process parameters setting By analyzing the main mechanical properties of SiCp/Al composites and similar materials grinding process parameters, orthogonal experiment was carried out, when the spindle speed is 1500 r/min, the grinding depth is 0.1 μm, specimen movement speed is 2 m/min, and voltage is 15 v, the machined surface roughness can obtain Ra0.030μm.
By SiC particle removal way, the Al substrate materials of coating and other random factors affecting, the formation of SiCp/Al composites on the surface is more complicated.

The increase of temperature will cause the polymeric composites softening, melting, crosslinking, decomposing and other complex changes in physical, chemical and mechanical properties.
It also causes the deterioration of friction and wear properties of the polymeric composites.
It has been proved that the temperature has important influence on the friction and wear properties of polymeric composites.

Friction tests facilitate the classification of the surface properties.
Modified Pin-on-Disc tests are conducted in order to classify the friction properties of the different surface conditions.
It should be noted that a number of factors that influence friction, such as contact pressure, relative speed and temperature are locally and temporally not constant during SPR.
The simulation makes it possible to analyse the entire theoretical range for the friction properties.
The maximum force will, however, depend on the friction properties.

Introduction The sapphire (α-Al2O3) is accepted as the wafer material for LED, because of the crystal lattice of sapphire is similar with GaN's, and could meet the demand of bearing high temperature, it has the high temperature stability and mechanical property, so it is the key wafer material for LED [1,2].
So the uniformity and light transmission of the thin film thickness was changed, it was the factor that direct affected the luminous efficiency and stability of LED [4].
