(a) The initial dam (b) The accumulative dam
Fig. 1 Photos of the target tailings dam
According to the tailings geotechnical study and the dam design information, material partition of the tailings was shown in Figure 2, and the mechanical parameters of materials were listed in Table 1.
As the initial dam was constructed with rock-fill materials, which means good permeability, and the spill point of saturation line at the bottom of the initial dam is helpful to the stability of the tailings dam

Cybernetics is the art and science of understanding, which connects these two sciences together.
If we consider the electron interaction with matter, unlike other types of radiation used in diffraction studies of materials, such as X-rays and neutrons, electrons are charged particles and interact with matter through the Coulomb forces [17] which means that the incident electrons feel the influence of both the positively charged atomic nuclei and the surrounding electrons, where the wave nature of electron controls its distribution with a wavelength given by De Broglie equation.
This can be the best method to use cybernetics as an art and science of understanding.

Such knowledge will help identify forming materials and forming processes in which RP tooling can be implemented.
Rymuza [9] points out the usefulness of being able to use polymeric materials without lubrication in many situations.
As Yamaguchi [12] has stated, the coefficient of sliding friction of many polymeric materials against steel is directly proportional to the shear strength of the polymers.

Although the ejected materials mainly were fine-grained soil, the actual liquefaction was prevalent gravel soil.
Ejected material was mostly yellow silty sand, and in some cases of black fine sand.
