Abstract: Taking the development of buildings techniques as the main line, the evolution of urban architecture in Guangzhou was briefly discussed.
In 1860s to 70s, rebar and cement, representing the advanced building technology of the Western, were introduced into China, and explorative usage as bridges and draw bars in triangular frames in workshop buildings and civil engineering.
The architect of the hall is Lu Yan-zhi, structural engineers are Li Keng and Feng Bao-ling, and construction units are Shanghai Tao-fu Construction Co. and Guangzhou Wu-qiao Construction Co.
Today, lacking necessary and substantial pioneering and innovation is problems all the architects and engineers should face to.

Abstract.
As its continuation, TU 0904 Project „Integrated Fire Engineering and Response“ was set for the years 2009 – 2014, engaged in research of safety and reliability of structures.
Its nature is close to the engineering approach.
In a civil engineering practice, one can observe only small values of probability.
