Chemical structure and properties of mTMI.
The aim of this analysis was to optimize the mechanical properties, specifically tensile and flexural properties, using a "larger is better" approach, while simultaneously minimizing water absorption using a "lower is better" approach.
The Signal-to-Noise (S/N) ratio and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) were utilized to evaluate the impact of process parameters on mechanical properties.

Influence Factors of Formation of Acid Rain SO2 and NOX are the major precursors of acid rain, and they can convert into H2SO4 and HNO3 by homogeneous oxidation and heterogeneous oxidation in atmosphere.
However the following aspects are also important factors in the formation process of acid rain.
Climatic Factors.
First, the physical and chemical properties of soil can be changed by acid rain which can affect the growth of plants indirectly.
In addition, acid rain can affect the rate of seed germination.

The energy efficient friction welding process perform with excellent mechanical properties even in long welds due to the absence of porosity, distortion spatter, shrinkage.
The nominal chemical and mechanical properties of the base metal are given in Table. 1 and Table. 2 respectively.
Contour plots show a distinctive circular mound shape indicative of possible independence of factors with the response.

Then, the hardness test, thinning rate analysis and 3D curved surface scanning were performed to check the mechanical properties and external dimensions of the finished products of hot stamping.
Introduction In recent years, the automotive industry is making an effort to reduce the vehicle weight for reducing the CO2 emissions while maintaining high strength properties of vehicle components.
However, it affected the thinning condition of the component after the final forming in the control of the pressing force, which is the focus of simulation analysis and exploration.
Fig.11 The 3D scanning results show the maximum deviation is 1mm Summary This study used CAE software for simulation analysis, and used die verification to confirmed the rupture factor resulted in the hot stamping process of a complete 1.4mm-thick 15B22 boron steel sheet.
The validation results are as follows: (1) in the process of M-form structure forming, the setting of the pressing force has a great impact on the formability of the sheet metal, and can effectively reduce the thinning in the R angle area, which has been verified from the experiments; (2) the correct CAE analysis plays an important role in the formability and mechanical properties, and can enable the door impact beam to have a uniform hardness distribution after being formed; (3) 3D measuring of the finished product, the scanning results show that the maximum deviation is ±1mm, consistent with the general automotive parts assembly accuracy requirements.

This modification allows controlling the properties of the synthesized nanostructured cobalt, such as composition, structure, morphology, and magnetic properties.
The value of TB for Co nanoparticles depends on some factors such as the size ,shape and method of preparation [26, 29].
The contribution of Dielectric polarization comes from four factors which are electronic, ionic, dipolar and space-charge polarization.
At higher frequencies, the electronic and ionic factors are dominants while at lower frequencies the other two factors are prevailed.

The influence of thickness of composite laminates on the temperature distribution was investigated, and how the size of laminates affects the inside temperature was also discussed.
Physical and thermal properties of the glass/epoxy laminate were calculated using the simple rule of mixture and Springer-Tsai model from individual material properties shown in Table 2.
Individual material properties [8] ρmatrix [kg/m 3] 1210 Kmatrix [W/m⋅K] 0.24 cmatrix [J/kg⋅K] 1740 ρfiber [kg/m 3] 2540 Kfiber [W/m⋅K] 1.04 cfiber [J/kg⋅K] 920 ρaluminum [kg/m 3] 2720 Kaluminum [W/m⋅K] 220 caluminum [J/kg⋅K] 903 ρrelease film [kg/m 3] 2200 Krelease film [W/m⋅K] 0.4 crelease film [J/kg⋅K] 1050 ρbagging film [kg/m 3] 1140 Kbagging film [W/m⋅K] 0.24 cbagging film [J/kg⋅K] 1670 Results and Discussion The predicted temperature profiles are compared with the available experimental results of 20 mm thick glass/epoxy [6].
As shown in Fig. 5(a), the thickness of laminate has a great influence on the temperature overshoot at the mid-point of center section, while it is little affected by the size of laminate.
The temperature overshoot at center of laminate is significantly affected by the thickness of laminate while the size of laminate has little effect on it.

The finished pit can be dig by the flow of sand and delivery seedlings can be affected by furrow that in turn pit buried.
Meanwhile, the mechanical integration becomes popular.
As we analyze, it reveals that the two resistant forces have the same properties.
As to the flow, the pressure gradient and the size of the Fanning friction factor make the sense, while,On the solid surface, the size of the friction factor between the interfaces make the sense [7-12].

Introduction Due to their favourable mechanical properties in combination with low specific weight aluminium alloys, cold-formed and precipitation-hardened, are of great interest in the automotive and aircraft industries.
By this local heating the microstructure may be changed strongly, which results in inhomogeneous recrystallisation processes and at least in a strong loss of the initial mechanical properties.
The material properties vary locally.
The term “metallurgical notch” refers to the abrupt changing of mechanical properties in the environment of the weld seam as a result of the applied heat treatment [1; 2].
In practical use, this distribution of mechanical properties can create complex strain and stress conditions.

Intorduction Ceramics is a general term of inorganic raw materials on Earth products made by high temperature treatment.Fine ceramic is compared to traditional ceramics, it is using the purity and ultrafine powders of raw materials, the fine structure obtained through a special processing technology and the inorganic non-metallic materials with a variety of functions, with excellent mechanical properties (high temperature strength, high corrosion resistance, high wear resistance) and low density (approximately equal to the steel 1/2).Fine Ceramics can be divided into two categories of engineering ceramics and functional ceramics.
Its unique sound, light, heat, electric, magnetic and other physical properties and biological, chemical, and mechanical and other properties of functional ceramics, engineering and technology play a key role, such as the manufacture of electronic circuit capacitor dielectric porcelain, manufacturing high-frequency integrated circuit substrate and shell and tube insulating ceramic[1].
Today, By the research the physics, chemistry and structure of the complex multi-oxide system on the nanometer scale, composition, the relationship between performance and use performance, and by means of ion replacement, doping adjusted to optimize its function, there have been many excellent performance or special properties of nano-functional ceramics.
The problems of functional ceramic applications The main obstacle about the application of functional ceramic materials from the two aspects of price and reliability.now, prices of ceramic parts is expensive than metal parts,Such as ceramic piston pin and valve program production costs for 2.5 times than the same metal parts,The factors affecting the reliability of ceramic parts was that manufactured may have internal cracks,The size of this crack shape and orientation is random, sometimes can be cause brittle failure due to crack propagation, therefore, its strength is random nature,The strength of the ceramic parts fluctuated ,high temperature strength has declined.Expert analysis,Overcome the defects of the ceramic material prices and reliability is difficult to protect the certificate requires a time course.Engine ceramic material applications only from small to large, from easy to difficult,From the anti-friction ,wear-resistant to insulation, from parts to the whole machine, progressive
