The essay was initiated by Hubei Provincial Communications Department, endorsed by Traffic Planning and Design Institute of Hubei Province, Bridge Science Research Institute (China Zhongtie Major Bridge Engineering Group), Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology. 6 kinds of common bridge diseases and 6 kinds of effective improvement measures were ranked and graded using questionnaire, and counted and calculated the weight using dual contrast fuzzy decision method.
In detail, they are Traffic Planning and Design Institute of Hubei Province, Bridge Science Research Institute(China Zhongtie Major Bridge Engineering Group), Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology.
