Zinc Oxide (ZnO) is a very useful as a solid state gas sensor material.
The most convenient way to measure changes in electrical resistance in such devices is to obtain the specific material as nanowires or as connected nanoparticles.

Experiment
The experimental materials were common pressed prepainted steel sheets for building construction with the trademark TDC51D+Z, which were manufactured by WISCO and Baosteel, naming 1# and 2# samples respectively.
The experimental materials were laid on shelves at an angle 15° from vertical.

The TCO materials are depended on band energy gaps as corresponding to the region of visible light in the range of 1.59 eV to 3.26 eV.
Recently, the TCO materials in p-type conducting [4–6] are interesting to discover new compounds.
The aim of this paper, therefore, is to investigate the optical properties of Cu1-xPtxFe1-xSnxO2 compound for p-type TCO materials.
Totally, the Cu0.95Pt0.05Fe0.97Sn0.03O2 compund displays a materials of the p-type transparent conducting oxide (as p-type TCO).
