Another criterion for choosing silicone as a binder is due to its environmental friendliness under the influence of any temperatures and external factors.
Further, during the experiments, the samples were held for 24 hours for final hardening, before testing its mechanical properties.
Testing of Composites on Physical and Mechanical Properties As a result of the carried out experiments, curves of the dependence of the elastic torque on time were obtained (Fig. 6).

The effects of germination on physicochemical, morphological and rheological properties of rice starch from germ-remaining polished rice (GRPR) have been investigated.
The properties of starches from raw GRPR, brown rice and germinated brown rice were also characterized as the comparison.
Nowadays Hunan Xiang Liang Mechanical Manufacturing Co.
Protein was determined from estimates of total nitrogen using a conversion factor of 5.95.
Furthermore, the results also suggested that amylose content could be the major factor responsible for rheological properties.

Formability of profiles in bending is generally related to mechanical properties of the material, geometry of the cross section as well as bending method [3].
The key is to establish tight control throughout the process route, providing consistent mechanical properties and forming conditions.
In controlling springback, there are two issues of particular interest: (1) dimensional targeting, i.e. designing a tool (and process) with the capability of producing a dimensionally correct part under standard operating conditions, as well as nominal incoming part geometry and mechanical properties; (2) dimensional accuracy, i.e. dealing with the variability in the bending process (noise) and the incoming part’s geometry and mechanical properties in such a way that the dimensional characteristics of the formed product are within the drawing tolerances provided by internal and external customers (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, GD&T).
Although the material properties of the profiles were significantly different, this is not clearly reflected in the results.
Conclusions The present work seeks to improve the understanding of factors that affect dimensional accuracy in industrial bending operations.

The standard mechanical properties of HRB500 are shown in Table 1.
Thus, TMCP contributes a lot to the mechanical property of steels
The austenite microstructure, condition of phase transformation, precipitation of carbide and mechanical properties are dominated by cooling process during hot-rolling production.
The factors that influence the properties of steels after remaining heat treatment are: finish rolling temperature, self-tempering temperature, cooling period and cooling speed[7-8].

The main advantage of hardness tests among the mechanical test methods are simplicity of the
measurement and the small peace of sample required for the test, which rendered the technique the
most widely used method for characterising of the mechanical properties of materials.
These differences offer an additional source of information on materials properties.
The real resolution is determined by other factors, such as surface energy, indenter rounding and indent shape differences.
Conclusion The need for accurate data for the mechanical properties of thin layers is the driving force for decreasing the impression dimensions in hardness tests.

The studied plywood is characterized by reduced moisture absorption properties.
However, its physical and mechanical properties, such as strength and water resistance, do not fully satisfy consumer requirements.
The analysis of the results showed that the studied physical and mechanical properties were affected by both the type of construction and the applied heat treatment.
To determine the planned characteristics of the obtained plywood, physical and mechanical properties were determined, in particular, bending and chipping strength.

By analyzing the force of every particle in the system, classical or quantum mechanical method is used to solve the position and velocity of individual particles in the system for a certain time, and to determine the state of motion of the particle, then to calculate the structure and properties of the system [1].
It is widely found that the material's physical, mechanical and other properties are both closely related to its macroscopic state and microstructure [2].
Actually, in poly atomic systems, a different position of atoms will affect a range of space distribution of the electron cloud and the interaction between the other atoms.
