Taking atmospheric as film temperature the properties are taken from Heat and Mass Transfer Data book.
From those properties Reynolds number, Nusselt number, heat transfer co-efficient and heat transfer are calculated.
Impinging jet flow characteristics are even more complicated with additional variables affecting the flow such as angle of impingement, distance from impingement surface.
Parameters affecting flow field For the present case, the flow field variation has been investigated over the following parameters.
So the present experimental investigating exploring that the Reynolds number and reattachment length are the dominant factors which are affecting the flow field and heat transfer also.

During electron beam processing, the mechanical analysis of metal powder molten pool temperature following focusing current are studied.
Introduction Melting effect and processing quality of EB processing have a close relationship with processing parameters such as acceleration voltage, beam intensity, processing speed, EB focus position and quality, physical parameters(material properties etc.), and geometry parameters(the workpiece thickness etc.)

A 23 design of experiment (DOE) was used to deposit bond coat and top coat powders with three controlled factors of input current, powder feed rate and stand-off-distance.
Coating quality was determined by its porosity content and hardness properties [7, 8].
Major problems in plasma sprayed coatings were presence of open pores, closed pores and micro-cracks which reduced mechanical properties of coating such as elastic modulus, micro-hardness and bonding strength [18].
A gradient of hardness properties across the substrate signifies its relationship with coating mechanical properties.

For the texturing with the type of grooves, various experiment researches had been conducted to investigate their frictional performance in given conditions including lubricated [7-9] as well as dry friction [10,11], which showed that the micro-grooves with suitable parameters could provide better friction properties.
However, it can be seen from the figure that the curve of direction angle 60° is always in the bottom, which demonstrates its optimal properties in reducing friction among all of the specimens.
The antifriction effect of surface texture depends on lots of factors such as surface area, contact type, material of specimen, lubricant and lubricating conditions.
It can be seen that the resistance reaches the maximum when the direction angle is 90° while reaches the minimum when the direction angle is 0° without considering the effect of other factors.
As can be seen from the diagram, without considering the effect of other factors, the maximum extrusion force will be achieved when the motion and groove direction are perpendicular.

It is affected obviously by gravity.
