The related influence of friction stir welded joints on panel formability has been investigated during creep age forming of 2A12 aluminum alloy by establishing a balance between mechanical properties and springback.
For creep age forming, two designated setups using air loading and mechanical loading, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, were used to perform on these two kinds of samples respectively.

Sprinback is one of the key factors affect the quality of the formed sheet metal parts, which occurs because of limitations on the maximum usable temperature and the forming time dictated by microstructure requirements [4,5].
For 2xxx alloys, to obtain a good combination of mechanical properties and low level of springback, the aging treatments were typically conducted at 185-195 oC for 6-12 h, and a preferred temperature of 190 oC has been reported on creep age forming of the 2A12 aluminum alloy panels [6].

J-1.5-4 Fig.4 Change law of resonance frequency Analysis on vibration fatigue life has not been resolved so far because there are many factors that affect fatigue life.
Many factors have important role on the amplitude of strain response.
Many factors maybe cause damping value change in test.
Change boundary condition, dynamical properties of the structure change too.

Tribological Properties of ZrO2 Ceramics Under Vacuum Condition Ruipeng TONG 1, 2, a 1 The higher educational key laboratory for Measuring & Control Technology and Instrumentations of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin, 150080, China 2 Department of Construction Management, School of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, 100084, China a tongrp@126.com Keywords: ZrO2, Vacuum condition, M50 bearing steel Abstract.
Introduction Structural ceramic materials have useful tribological properties, such as low density, high corrosion resistance, low coefficient of friction, low thermal expansion and high hardness over a wide range of temperature.
Results The coefficient of friction is an important factor in understanding tribological behavior.
All these factors resulted in very high temperatures on the rubbing surfaces, especially on the rubbing ceramic surface, which caused the ceramics grains to melt. In recent years friction welding technique has been an attractive choice for joining similar as well as dissimilar metals (with wide varieties of thermal and mechanical properties).
Mechanical properties and microstructures of both processes are compared to measure the performance of joint [6].
Adjacent to DRZ thermo-mechanical affected zone (TMAZ) is seen in which β-Ti grains are deformed and circular grain flow is observed.

High mechanical compression and energy source induces a significant alteration of physicochemical properties of solid pharmaceutical crystal (2).
Furthermore, the effect of crystal lattice structure on mechanical properties on single and poly-crystalline is needed to understand crystal lattice behavior under compression (1).
At the molecular level, intermolecular interactions such as hydrogen bonding and van der Waals interactions were the key factors that are actually responsible for the behavior of molecular crystals.

Introduction Titanium and their alloys have various properties like high strength to weight ratio, superior corrosion resistance and high temperature applicability.
They are very attractive materials, and has application in the aerospace, automotive, biomedical and aircraft industry is due to their ability to maintain their high strength at elevated temperature, and good thermal properties.
The objective of S/N ratio is to measure the performance and to develop products and process insensitive to noise factors.

It is therefore important to understand the effects of the environmental factors on the performance of these composites.
The effect of hybridization on mechanical properties of woven jute and glass fabric reinforced isothalic polyester composites has been evaluated experimentally by Ahmed et al. [5, 6].
Many studies have been carried out on the environmental effect on mechanical properties of composite materials [7, 8, 9, 10].
Tensile strengths and other properties of these materials have been determined [10] and they are given in Table 1.
