ii. effect of the civil war: In the 1950’s nearly half of the palm oil entering world trade was extracted by traditional methods from the wild groves [1,2].
The Nigerian civil war removed most of this oil from the market as the infrastructure supporting the industry was destroyed and most of the palms were either destroyed, abandoned or grew too tall.
Efforts to mechanize and improve traditional manual procedures by research bodies, development agencies and private engineering companies have been piecemeal and uncoordinated [6].
For oil palm processing to be profitable for these small holders (who produce the bulk of the country’s palm oil) and for them to continue to participate in supplying the local markets, agricultural and engineering research have to offer sustainable solutions [7].

Introduction Filling earth is a work that must be implemented in the course of construction to many civil facilities, the highway subgrade, ground leveling of building structures, hillside community construction and reclaiming land from the sea are closely related to earth filling [1].
The earth compaction is the best way to improve the engineering properties of soil, enhance the stability and bearing capacity of soil, so as to enhance the safety.
It cannot obtain specific and effective testing results, and it sometimes delays the construction schedule severely and increases the engineering cost.

The prestressed concrete beam with pretensioned bent-up tendons will have a wide application prospect in bridge engineering.
Because the factors who have effect on creep behavior are variety, complexity and random, based on test results and combined prophase research achievements, creep coefficient expression considering some factors is as following: (3) Where, φc (t, t0) is creep coefficient value from time t0 (days) to t (days), φc (∞, 28) is bend strain creep coefficient end value at approximate standard conditions from 28th days, whose temperature is 20±3oC and relative humidity 80%, and for prestressed concrete beams with pretensioned bent-up tendons, φc (∞, 28) maybe valued 2.25. k0 is a influenced factor resulting from stress factor such as prestress degree etc. and based test results and results by midas-civil software, to prestressed concrete beams with pretensioned bent-up tendons, k0=1.25/λ, here, λ is prestress degree.
By comparing this model with ACI209R (92) model, China 86 model, CEB-FIP MC90 model, this model is ±10% error range and can meet the need of engineering application.
