Performance stability of stalks composites is poor, the materials performance can not be guaranteed perfectly safe.
NDT is a method under the premise of without damaging the performance of the tested object, which applies a variety of physical principles and chemical phenomena, gets effective detection of the materials properties, the integrity, continuity, security reliability and certain physical performance of materials can be evaluated [1].
The reason was the material substances (stalk cell wall) in the mean unit volume increased with the density increase of soybean stalks particleboard, more substantial materials can enhance the resistance to the external damage.

In addition, this material is less susceptible to acids and bases than other materials, and is expected to be applied to various products according to recent demand.
In recent years, there has been a demand for high efficient and high accurate machining of highly functional materials in cutting.
The carbide tools are inexpensive, versatile, and are currently used to machine more materials [5].

According to uncertainty of the design parameters for large span truss of installing wave-maker, in order to avoid the waste of materials, the truss is analyzed based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS to find out its weaknesses and various parts of the deformation.
It follows that the experience design of the truss is conservative, big and bulky and increases unnecessary weight and wastes the materials of rectangular steel pipes.

Consequently, materials with higher elastic fractions reached lower plastic strains at the same nominal pre-strain.
The OSRC curves achieve equally low RMSE compared to the DSRC results, rising respectively for higher strength materials.
