Porosity is a crucial property in cold sprayed coatings.
If it can be beneficial for certain applications, e.g. lubricated contacts in tribology, it is generally detrimental for mechanical and anti-corrosion properties and for gas tightness of the coating.
It is thus important to understand what are the process variables affecting coating porosity and quantify their effects.

We examined the safety after compared the four materials of SM45C used before, through structural analysis Fig. 1 Real appearance of using freight skate Skate is comprised of the Main Frame, Sub Frame, Roll, and Pin, analysis is performed on the cargo load weight affecting the Main Frame directly.
Compared that you want to replace the existing Main Frame with material SM45C, AA6061, AA7075, GFRP, CFRP for light weight of material, the result of each material and ensure safety and structural properties were examined in accordance with the light weight rate.
Table 1 shows the material property for each used in the analysis.
The SM45C and AA7075 are isotropic material, whereas CFRP, GFRP material are orthotropic analysis, which were performed by applying the orthotropic properties.

The metallurgical and mechanical properties of laser welded joints have been the subject of a considerable amount of experimental and numerical studies.
Due to the complex welded joint geometry and its three dimensional nature, it is very difficult to obtain governing equations for predicting the metallurgical and mechanical properties of laser welded joints.
The modelled volumetric heat source took into account a scale factor, and the shape factors given by the attenuation of the beam within the workpiece and the beam intensity distribution.
Process simulation An accurate knowledge of the laser welding process is important for predicting the metallurgical and mechanical properties of the laser welded structures.
The obtained results allow for determination both the material properties, and stress and strain state in the joint.

Introduction The drum washer’s Vibration has many hazards:Firstly, the Vibration easily lead to structural fatigue damage, or even an accident; Secondly, it will affect bearing life and the drive motor’s performance ; Thirdly, the vibration waste energy and has an effect on the effect of washing;Last but not least, the roar of vibration seriously affect the living environment and harmful to people’s health.
Therefore, we should reduce vibration. ⅠThe Comparison of The Modeling Method Commonly used methods of vibration analysis: Mechanical Impedance Method, this method is suitable for solving the single degree freedom system’s steady-state response.
Four-terminal parameter method Schematic Ⅲ Basic Structure of The Drum Washing Machine and The Mechanism of Vibration The drum washer’s three-dimensional solid model[2,3] of the outer tube: Important factor affecting the vibration : Internal drum, external drum, drive motors, pumps and damping devices (Suspension springs, damping devices and viscous damping buffer).
In the design of vibration reduction devices, antivibration block quality and the shape will be taken into account. reduce the elastic damping the damping factor suitably.

In these regions, the main form of old goaf overburden rock activation is rock- structure instability caused by suffering external force and extrinsic factors and the resulting compaction of cracks and separation .
Thus, sliding instability depends on the mechanical properties of key block and neighboring block, the value of W/T and the size of additional load such as surface structures Rotational instability of the key rock. With the rotary of the first rock, horizontal thrust T increases leading to the breaking and instability of the corner blocks, which is manifested as rotary-deformation instability.
Equation (5) shows that, the main factors that affect the size of the rotary angle are thickness and length of rock( is equivalent to the fracture step of the original top in mining process, and is equivalent to once caving thickness of the original top or the thickness of a certain overlying hard rock.)
Thus, rotary instability relate with the mechanical properties of key block and neighboring block and the thickness-length ratio h / l of the exposed hanging block .
From mechanical analysis of masonry beam structure important conclusions are obtained that : sliding instability depends primarily on the mechanical properties of key block and neighboring block, the value of W/T and the size of additional load such as surface structures, and rotary instability relate with the mechanical properties of key block and neighboring block and the thickness-length ratio h / l of the exposed hanging block.

The influence of the Co addition and synthesis route on desorption properties of MgH2 were investigated.
These properties make hydrogen a potential fuel for energy consumption but the major problem that has to be solved is the way of hydrogen storage.
Powerful ways of improving the hydrogen sorption properties are high-energy ball milling of hydrides with a suitable catalyst.
Recently, Bobet et al. have tried to improve the H2-sorption properties of Mg by reactive mechanical milling with Co and CoO.
We examined the combined effect of the following factors: milling intensity, amount of catalyst, degree of homogenisation, and particle size of Co, on the hydrogen desorption properties.
