Composite materials that have low weight and high strength properties are currently one of the promising materials for a vehicle’s body.
The major advantages of composite materials are high in specific strength and stiffness properties in combination with design flexibility.
This type of impact can cause reduction in the mechanical properties of the structure.
The material properties are shown in Table 1.
The factors that might be contributed to such results are; · The type of material that is used in the present work is MAT_022 while in the reference literature the material used is MAT_054/055.

A key factor to meet these new criteria is to gain better knowledge on how to affect the fatigue limit of the cast iron used today.
The FWHM values indicate that the amount of deformation at the surface is smaller for the mechanical polished specimen and reaching the un-affected level earlier.
Even though the fatigue properties were improved, no obvious changes in the microstructure could be detected with ECCI.

Optimization Design of Heterogeneous Injection Mold Cooling System Li Ren1, a and Wenxiao Zhang1,b 1 School of Mechanical Engineering, Dalian Ocean University, P.R.
For the cooling system of plastic injection mold affects significantly the productivity and quality of the finial products, the cooling system design is of great importance.
In this paper, considering the location, size, number of cooling channels and mold material properties, the optimization design of heterogeneous injection mold cooling system is discussed to achieve simultaneously fast and uniform cooling.
Many aspects of production efficiency and part quality are significantly affected by the mold cooling process.

The veneer safe from damage is mainly depended on the properties of core materials due to the poor strength and toughness of porcelain.
It has been demonstrated that their mechanical performance relies on the intrinsic mechanical properties and properties matching of the inner core ceramic and the outer porcelain shell [2].
The mechanical properties of core ceramic and the performance of interface of core/porcelain affected the damage process of porcelain [2].
The mismatch of the flexural strength of the porcelain and core materials was also the mechanical factors influenced the crack path.
The FEA simulation revealed that the interfacial delamination observed in ziconia bi-layer composites was initiated by shear stresses building up along the interface due to the mechanical properties mismatch of the porcelain and core [2].

Result shows that the failure mechanism of typical elements changes from compression-shear failure into shear-tensile failure gradually with the increase of their position, for the effecting factors of the freedom and the loading from the hole.
In this paper, the dynamic finite element analysis software, together with concrete damage model, is employed to analyze the effects of the mechanism on rock properties of dynamic stress field of air-decked blasting in hole bottom.
Conclusions In this paper, the dynamic finite element analysis software, together with JHC concrete damage model, is employed to analyze the effects of the mechanism on rock properties of dynamic stress field of bottom-air-decked charge structure.
The conclusions are as follows: (1) For bottom-air-decked charge structure of the indirect initiation, elements stress state is complex because of affecting factors of the free surface and loading and unloading wave in blasting hole.

After the ultrasound sent into the specimen with subsurface defects, due to the loss effect of mechanical energy or friction at the interface of defects, it weaks and generates heat here[10-12], which leads to heat conduction and varying temperature field on the surface of the specimen.
Its property is shown in table 1.
An crack of 60×3×0.5mm was made through laser cutting, and micro cracks are generated at the crack tip by applying mechanical loads to the plate.
