For example in Taiwan all management systems still use mapping information to save data, After all, pavement maintenance and management are meant to provided user comfort and safety.
Existing STD models are extended to include temporal aspects, in order to better reflect the dynamic environment, like moving objects, traffic flow, etc.

VANET supports two types of communication modes: (1) vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication which can be used for safety-oriented applications such as emergency warning, traffic jamming notification etc. and (2) vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication which can be devoted to value-added applications such as entertainment multimedia contents and mobile commerce.
We assume the speeds of vehicles in the traffic flow are supposed to be uniform.

On the basis of feasibility, cost, safety and regulations related to Macau, the existing vehicle models are also comprehensively elaborated and evaluated.
Meanwhile, with the increasing number of city population and taxis, taxi operators and the local government are making great efforts to figure things out such as city air quality improvement, noise reduction and traffic congestion control etc [2].
For these reasons, this paper will firstly demonstrate the emissions of current taxis compared with others, and then review and evaluate different possible vehicle types according to their feasibilities, economy, safety and regulations in Macau SAR.
In such a high population density region, we do not take the LPG taxi into consideration for safety.

Any change to the inspection method will also create data-incompatibility issues; and (iii) there are a number of safety risks associated with bridge inspectors [5].
The safety of bridge inspectors may be another problem with routine bridge inspections.

It has the advantages of large network scale, high data safety, high transmission rate, standard protocols and good market prospect.
Considering the transmission process characters of BHM for long-span bridges such as discontinuous, accidental, frequent, many points but scattered, medium and small data traffic, occasionally large amount of data, etc, long-distance wireless communication in our research used 3G WCDMA network (infrastructure is provided by China Unicom) and 3G is best for all
