The composite pier engineering method can improve construction safety and reduce risk.
The major engineering types are decomposed into more details.
The measurements indicate that the composite engineering method can considerably reduce the times of hoisting of steel bar cage units as the work period of each pier can be shorted by 1/3 with lowered construction engineering risks.
(3) From the perspective of value engineering analysis, the CPEM can lower construction risk, shorten work period and thus is a construction engineering method worth promoting.

Dynamic Simulation and Analysis for Thermal Insulation and Heat Preservation of Wall Xuejin Wang1, a, Zhihong Zhang2 and Zhonghai Chen3 123Hebei University of Architecture and Engineering Urban Construction Department Zhangjiakou, Hebei, 075024 ,China awangxuejin@126.com Keywords: energy-saving walls; heat preservation; thermal insulation; simulation Abstract.
From the viewpoint of thermal design, China has published 《code for thermal design of civil buildings》 (GB50176 - 1993) [1].
The object is to bring forward the adaptive thermal design strategy for the civil buildings under the different areas climates, which not only ensure indoor thermal environment but also accord with the national policy of the energy saving.
The air conditioning cooling load temperature fluctuation curve change with time of external-insulation wall is more gently than the interior-insulation wall, which make the indoor thermal environment in all-day continuous air-conditioning room with the external-insulation wall is superior to that of the one with the interior-insulation wall.Acknowledgment Acknowledgment project support: research projects from ministry of construction (05-K3-8) References [1] Ministry of construction P.R. of China, National standards of the People's Republic of China, Code of thermal technique design in civil architecture(GB 50176-93),China Architecture and Building Press, 1993,In Chinese [2] Research Institute of the science of architecture China for air conditioning .

The methodology of the study, as shown in Figure 1, initiates with literature review from research articles, conference and journal papers using key phrases of “Bridge Structural Health Monitoring”, “SHM using Wireless Sensor Networks”, and “IoT framework for SHM” followed by the data collection phase which was divided into civil and electronics domains.
The civil domain comprises the data related to the bridge which includes its architectural and structural drawings, real-time images, location, span, and environmental conditions.
Since the introduction of WSN technology for SHM of civil infrastructure, many sensors have been commercially available for measuring specific deterioration parameters.
