With increasing availability of spatial data, there is an urgent need to develop way and means for providing easy accessibility and promote spatial data sharing.
For MPEG-4, the post-filtering (de-blocking and de-ringing) is accelerated by hardware, resulting in a load reduction on the ARM11 core.
Video processing course The Digital Audio Mux (AUDMUX) provides a programmable interconnect fabric for voice, audio, and synchronous data routing.
The AUDMUX interconnections allow multiple simultaneous separate audio/voice/data flows between the ports in a point-to-point or point-to-multipoint configuration(s).
The database (backend) accepts data from various sources (mainly dynamic information), processes it, stores the results and pipes it to the front-end, when requested.

Regarding the mechanical properties test, significant improvements were found at 4 wt% for the tensile strength, but when the filler content exceeded 4 wt%, there was a reduction in the tensile strength of the CNT/UHMWPE composites.
Table 1 The mechanical behaviors of CNT/UHMWPE nanocomposites CNT Young’s modulus Yield strength Ultimate strength %Elongation 1 wt% 117.74 MPa 18.86 MPa 35.94 MPa 404.77 4 wt% ↑150.12 MPa ↑23.85 MPa ↑39.11 MPa ↓271.61 7 wt% ↓112.61 MPa ↓14.82 MPa ↓28.82 MPa ↑359.07 Fig. 7 Engineering stress-strain curves a) b) Fig .8 Relation of Stress (a) and % Elongation (b) with CNT filler content The test results revealed a significant reduction in the tensile strength of the CNT/UHMWPE composites when the filler content exceeded 4 wt%, as shown in Fig. 8(a, b).
This reduction can be attributed to the dense bundling and agglomeration of CNTs at higher CNT content, which hinders their uniform dispersion within the matrix.
The average data from 3 specimens were recorded for each CNT content filler are shown in Tables 2.

The data were recorded with AEwin E 4.30 software with a sampling rate of 2 MHz.
For t > 0.75 s, it was assumed that the reduction in the current-time relation was strongly affected by O2 bubble formation and growth.
Moreover, after the polarisation at 150 s ≤ t ≤ 180 s, the signal frequency decreased abruptly to the level before the polarisation, indicating the reduction in H2 bubble formation.
When the steel was polarised into the passive state at ∆U3, an abrupt reduction in acoustic emission was detected at t = 30 s, indicating the spontaneous formation of the passive oxide (Fig. 4d).
This behaviour was in contrast to all lower anodic applied potentials (∆U2, ∆U3, and ∆U4), which revealed in each case an emission level reduction due to passivation.

In recent years, disposal technologies for hyperaccumulators have been extensively studied with aim at reduction, recycle and harmless treatment.
At present, the experimental remediation base in Chenzhou in Hunan Province and Huanjiang county in Guangxi have been completed the first phase of the project[3-5], a lot of Pteris vittata L. need to be processed, but according to the data from the current point of view, there also have no appropriate method, so, how to develop harmless disposal and resource-reuse-oriented methods for disposal of the Pteris vittata L. has become a problem that the whole process of soil remediation research can not be avoided, and also a common problem faced in the field of phytoremediation in recent years.
Currently, under laboratory conditions, incineration is a good effective reduction method, but it’s actual value must depend on the combustion device, and the research progress about the bottom ash and exhaust gas.
Cao et.al.[11] studied that composting reduced the Pteris vittata L. biomass by 38%, comparable to 35% reduction of the low-As Pteris vittata L. biomass containing similar to 12 mg As kg-1, indicating that the high As concentration in Pteris vittata L. had little detrimental effect on microorganisms involved in composting.
Features of hyperaccumulator is containing high concentrations of metals or metalloid and high biomass, so we can consider it as a fuel for combustion, during combustion, it may be converted into pyrolysis gas or vegetable oil, that also can be used, then recycle the heavy metal/metalloid, realize the reduction, harmless and recycle treatment.

Introduction With the construction of a national meteorological broadband communication network system, a meteorological broadband communication network has become the main platform of a new generation meteorological communication network, acquires meteorological data such as meteorological observation data, radar data, atmospheric sounding data and the like, and transmits various meteorological materials such as numerical forecast product, satellite product, radar product and the like, and assists multi-media transmission services such as television video conference and the like and a office automation system.
The conventional network system structure has the disadvantages of a small bandwidth, a slow speed, system aging and no capability of integrated service data transmission.
QoS design The meteorological broadband networks all over the China can meet video, voice and data transmission on the overall design, the QoS is required to be ensured in multi-media communication.
At present, the common data types in meteorological departments are general office automatic (OA) data, radar observation material and resource data and video data of automatic observation stations.
The video data is special, the time delay, jitter, and packet loss of the video data have strict requirements, so the video data is allocated to low latency queueing (LLQ) having the highest priority.

Experimental data on the critical strain for static and dynamic recrystallisation for HTP steel are used in a quantitative model to predict strain accumulation pass by pass and to achieve grain refinement by dynamic recrystallisation through large strain accumulation.
Hodgson [1] has analyzed the available data-base in steel from various sources and has empirically correlated the dynamically (ddyn) and metadynamically (dmd) recrystallised grain size to the Zener-Hollomon parameter (Z) through the equations (1) and (2), where Z = &ε exp (Q/RT), with Qdef=300 KJ/mol. 27.04 109.3 − ×= Z ddyn (1) 27.04 108.6 − ×= Z dmd (2) However, the large Z is associated with a large critical strain for dynamic recyrtsllization.
Figure-1 shows WUMSI simulation of 3 pass schedule with 28% reduction per pass with a short interpass time of 2s.
Validation of model by off-line analysis of mill trial results A quantitative model for strain accumulation was developed that is based on the data-base on dynamic softening on Nb steel determined by Lutz Meyer et al.
Figure-3(a) is the model prediction for a mill trial of HTP steel, Figure3 (b) is the rolling data from the mill, containing the rolling load.

Corrosion rate measurements by potentiodynamic polarization The potentiodynamic polarizations characterization was conducted by using potentiostat–galvanostat equipment (ACM instrument), which is equipped with GILLACM software for the data acquisition.
Tafel plots were made from the data and the corrosion current density (Icorr) was determined by extrapolation of straight-line section of the anodic and cathodic lines.
Fig.1 Cross sectional optical microscope images of (A) EN coating (B) EN-Nylon coating Micro Hardness and Roughness measurements Micro hardness data of EN–Nylon coatings demonstrate that the incorporation of nylon 66 particles in the composite coating, leads to a decrease in the hardness.
The hardness of Nylon 66 particles is lower than the Ni–P matrix, which could be the reason for the reduction of hardness of the composite coating as seen from Table 1.

In mobile communication, data transmission speed will become higher and higher to meet the requirements of QoS.
The received error problem in multipath is mainly caused by multipath fading environment in current system because the fading environment leads to a reduction in data transmission speed and quality [9-10].
The table 1 gives the parameters: Table 1 Simulation parameters settings Definition modulation Iteration-Number channel carrier Speed data rate Value BPSK 1~16 Rayleigh 2GHz 70km/h 128kbps Figure 5: Turbo error rate characteristics Figure 6: Turbo error rate characteristics in AWGN channel in Rayleigh fading channel The characteristics of BER in Turbo code is obtained in AWGN channel.
In a memoryless channel, all the above transmit diversity schemes make full use of the advantages of interleaving to get a significant reduction in Eb / No> 2.5dB, which is better than a simple transmitter diversity.
