Experiment Ordered samples of PrBaMn2O6 were synthesized by oxygen reduction method.
The isotopic pair of oxygen-reduced PrBaMn216-18O5 samples was then prepared by the above mentioned reduction method.
In Fig.5 the above mentioned results for aFM and some of available data for aCO are shown.
Despite some discrepancies in the data for La0.5Ca0.5MnO3 and Pr0.5Ca0.5MnO3 it can be concluded that the aCO(TCO) follows the same rule as aFM(TFM).

Note that the non-linear behavior of La0.1Ce0.2Sr0.7FeO3-δ is associated, most likely, with a re-distribution of cerium cations, which may partly occupy B-sites or exist as a separate CeO2-δ-based phase at high p(O2) and/or low temperatures; reduction of Ce 4+ into Ce 3+ is expected promote cerium incorporation into the A sublattice of the perovskite-like phase.
In combination with the total conductivity and oxygen permeability data, this unambiguously indicates that the p-type electronic conduction is predominant.
The approximate stability boundaries at reduced oxygen chemical potentials were evaluated from data on the total conductivity as illustrated by Fig. 5.
Further reduction of p(O2) results in a drastic conductivity degradation due to perovskite phase decomposition, which is often irreversible.
The latter phenomenon is indicative of the cerium cations re-distribution and secondary phase segregation on increasing p(O2), in agreement with XRD data. 8.0 8.5 9.0 9.5 10.0 10.5 104/T, K-1 -9.6 -9.2 -8.8 -8.4 -8.0 -7.6 log J(Ο2) (mol×s−1×cm−1) La0.3Sr0.7FeO3-δ La0.5Sr0.5FeO3-δ La0.3Sr0.7Fe0.9Nb0.1O3-δ log p2/p1 = 0.6 8.0 8.4 8.8 9.2 9.6 10.0 104/T, K-1 -2.5 -2.0 -1.5 -1.0 -0.5 log σΟ (S×cm-1) La0.5Sr0.5FeO3-δ (OP, d= 1.00 mm) La0.3Sr0.7Fe0.9Nb0.1O3-δ (OP, d= 1.44 mm) La0.1Ce0.2Sr0.7FeO3-δ (FE, d= 1.00 mm) p(O2)=0.21 atm Fig. 6.

In this paper, using numerical simulation method and in-situ test data of pile foundation in loess areas in recent years, the superposition method is proposed to determine the reasonable embedment depth in self-weight collapsible loess areas.
The Coulomb friction is used in interface between soil and pile[5-8], and the determination of friction coefficient depends on the properties of the soil. 2.3 Reliability Demonstration of Numerical Simulation Using the numerical simulation and in-situ test data of pile foundation in loess areas in recent years, the influencing factors of self-weight collapse loess are analyzed to study the bearing capacity of the piles and the distribution of negative skin friction.
is the corresponding bearing capacity when considering the action of the negative skin friction. 3.This paper calculates reduction factor and then calculates the proper pile length.
In the range of the depth h1 of the neutral point,The resultant force of the negative skin friction is: (1) The resultant force of the positive friction is: (2) The resultant force of the positive friction in the range of pile lengthwhich should be increased is: (3) Bearing capacity reduction produced by the negative skin friction: (4) In the arithmetic expression above :
After the comprehensive analysing and studying the test results and test data of the piles of Zhichuan river bridge and Luochuan bridge , it has been proved that the control settlement value of bearing capacity of bridges and highways in loess area is 1cm, which is more reasonable.

The obtained data are reported as an average from ten specimens.
The addition of PBS at various loadings (10, 30, 70 and 90 wt%) into PLA led to a reduction in the tensile strength and Young’s modulus, but an increase in the elongation at break in a dose dependent manner.
Table 1 Tensile properties data of PLA, PBS and PLA/PBS blends (with and without Joncryl).
Table 2 TGA data of PLA, PBS and PLA/PBS blends (with and without Joncryl).
The increase in ductility is primarily caused by the soft phase of PBS that leads to a reduction in the tensile modulus and an increase in the elongation at break.

According to the data of 1998[1], cumulative burning coal fire area of 720km2, located in Xinjiang, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Qinghai, Shanxi, Shaanxi coal fire area totaling 56, which accounts for 38 in xinjiang.
According to the data of 2008[2],there are 22 new fire area in Xinjiang, 49 fire did not get treatment.in the 1950s, the government of Xinjiang has formed a professional team to governance coal fire, and successed.
According to the data of 1998, Xinjiang's annual emissions to the atmosphere of CO 24.66×104t,SO2 7.782×104t,NO2 15.07×104t soot amount of 5.63 ×104t[1].
The heating effect of the coal fire lead to moisture and oxygen reduction,  soil organic matter decline ,  microbes in the soil with organic residues for a living reduction  , and the microbes have the function of nitrogen fixation and provide nutrients to plants, and change the characteristics of the soil,so it makes nutrient cycling imperfect  , plant live difficult. In Coal fire area ,the vegetation is sparse and biological degradation.Surface temperature directly killed a large area of the vegetation and the forest and grassland near the fire area fired, a wide range of surface vegetation damaged. coal fire area in WenSu xinjiang, China, in accordance with the ridge surface formed in 500 ~ 1000 m long, 200 ~ 300 m large wide fire area,  surface radiation temperature as high as 270 ℃, pieces grass and trees die. [4] By the end of 2008, forty-nine burning coal fire area caused about 7.8 million m2 pasture was destroyed.queergou, hutubi, xinjiang coal fire area tens of thousands  square meters

Introduction By raising concern in a global environmental issue, important subjects are energy saving, reduction of fuel consumption and decreasing amount of greenhouse gases in exhaust gases.[1] The new technology which developed by EPA is a hybrid vehicle that do not need any heavy battery but store energy in high pressure hydraulic accumulators and usually charged excess of 3000 psi.
Environmental Protection Agency has also been involved with the design and testing of these vehicles and even showed a hydraulically driven UPS truck at the International Fluid Power Exposition, which devoted two different technical sessions to hydraulic hybrids recently in Las Vegas. [2] Layouts of hydraulic hybrids According to EPA data, there are 3 layouts for HHV in first layout rear drive assembly consists of two hydraulic pump/motor which provide fluid pressure when needed.
First laboratory tests of this HHV layout showed greater that 70% improvement in fuel efficiency and 40 percent reduction in CO2 emissions.
Demonstration vehicles By considering EPA data that has successfully installed and tested hydraulic technology in a variety of vehicles.
According to EPA data that tested many HHVs, we could say HHVs cut 30 to 50 percent CO2 but as we know there are other gases that are harm for enviroment.

The damage is implemented through elastic modulus reduction.
The brace of each layer is simulated to be damaged with extent of 30%,50%,70% (reduction in elastic modulus).
The simulation formula of the noise is given as (8) Where , are the acceleration response without and with noise, is random data with normal distribution(mean value is 0, mean square value is 1), p is the size of the noise applied on the signal.
Because the experiment data is limited, the network is trained with structural damage characteristic vector gained from numerical simulation, and the excitation is extracted from experiment record.
The structural damage characteristic vector gained from experiment data is used as test specimen, the results are shown in table 2.

The concentration of water increases at the cathode side as water is being produced by the oxygen reduction reaction.
Meanwhile, the increasing RH at the cathode side is due to the produced water concerning the oxygen reduction reaction.
From the RH data, we can get the profile of l, nd, Dw, CwA, CwC and Ndiff along the channel.
The calculation was performed by using the RH data in the anode side as described by Dutta et al. [6] and based on the membrane hydration model.
Based on the RH data, the concentration of water at the anode and the cathode surfaces of the MEA can be calculated.
