Among these requirements belong particularly high reliability, low maintenance, great rails resistance against longitudinal displacement and thereby the high level of safety, shock and vibration reduction and easy mounting of fastening system.
Generally it can be noted that each type of rail fastening is necessary to be put under the comprehensive assessment of the appropriateness of the use, taking into account local conditions, such as line speed, curve radius, traffic load, etc.

In order to meet the functional requirements, the system needs to achieve the following goals [3-4] : l The machine starts to support the software user to login and manage to ensure the safety in use; l Software is adaptive, no manual settings, the teacher can automatically establish a reliable connection to the students, and maintain this connection for transmission to each other; l The teacher can login to screen the student machine, radio and support electronic pointer, etc; l The teacher machine and the students machines can perform file transfer; l The teacher machine can monitor the screens of the students machines, that is the teacher can control the students remotely; l The teacher and the students machines can send messages to communicate each other; l The system can be used across platforms.
At the same time, multicast way won't increase the number of nodes on a network segment additional network traffic, so even if the increase in the number of students will not affect the performance of the network and broadcast teaching system, the speed of the client is not limited to the number of students.

Hsieh and Lin (2004) investigate implementation strategies of ecological construction techniques for different road components, which include slope stabilization, drainage, bridges, tunnels, culverts, railings, lighting, traffic control, service areas, and interchanges [3].
They use 10 assessment items: natural conservation, energy conservation, water/soil conservation, waste reduction, re-vegetation, materials, safety & comfort, fair development, cultural preservation, and cost-effectiveness to perform summary assessments of different types of projects [4].

Therefore, devoting major efforts to developing green logistics is the inevitable requirement for promoting green economic growth, and also one of the vital indicators of international competitiveness of the country.
(6) Information in time assures assets safely and alerts timely to reduce the loss at traffic accidents and other security problems, (7) Using RFID technology for effective supervision of product in the whole logistics process of products receiving, storage and transportation to arrival points, to realize a responsible management. 4 Current deficiencies in RFID Lacking a uniform standard, and the technology not yet fully mature, major deficiencies of RFID technology are as follows: (1)RFID can only detect the existence of label within the recognition scale, and is unable to obtain the relative positions between the antenna and tag[11].The uncertainty of relative position between the labels and antenna causes a greater error and lowers track effectiveness when locating labels
(2)Safety hazards in information privacy as for RFID technology , especially in long distance transport : ① unauthorized institutions or individuals reads and writes and even illegal tracking information from RFID tag, stealing goods or confidential information in order to pursue its interests or sabotage ② unperfected security mechanisms of RFID tag causes obstacles upon reader services .

While passive and active safety systems such as airbags or belt pretensioners are mass-produced by now, driver assistance systems, which extend the functionality of the existing safety systems by supporting the driver in critical situations, gradually find their way into modern vehicles.
This is one example where the workspace of the robot has to be monitored in a similar fashion by the robot control system as the traffic space of a road vehicle has to be observed by a driver assistance system.
Besides the preparations for the driving tests, driving simulators allow studies with test persons within reproducible traffic and environment scenarios.

Its use at Hazrat Shahjalal International airport in Bangladesh on a project for the rehabilitation and extension of 50,000 m2 of aircraft pavements is an indication of a growing confidence in this form of paving.
Other permeable paving systems need wider joints and built-in apertures to increase infiltration through the pavement which may present problems for pedestrian traffic.
For additional safety the use of block paving having extra high interlock is recommended. 4.
